This is a great application that allows us to track who enters our premise. And because the information is typed in by the user we can actually read the individual’s name. :-) We had a situation where we had an AC repair person come in and say certain things and when the next one came from the same company to solve the issue, they could not determine who was in the first time. Our users often have a problem figuring out how to take thier picture and I think that could be improved. As well it is not clear on some of the screens that you have to scroll down. Maybe reformat to be the next screen? We use an iPad with a vertical configuration. We also we have a problem that we wirelessly print the badges and frequently have an issue with that.
