Very cost effective, easy Web UI, Meets most of the requirements, easy to deploy and fully customizable.

No Phone support but do have email support

Our Reception check-in task is fully managed by inside.

Insider gives you the ability to pre-register guests and provide a simple QR code for their check in.

**What do you dislike about Inside?**

The ability to contact customer service could approve. The hard to find phone number is not connected.

Insider helps us keep track of the Government meetings that our company is required to retain.

Easy to setup and very cost effective. Stores guest data for years.

No Active Directory integration or option to manually enter email address without a prepouulated .csv file.

Interface can be slow in the administrator site.

Inside’s dashboarding features provide a panoramic view of your workforce dynamics. Monitor key metrics, track performance, and make data-driven decisions that optimise your operations.

This software is basically for the hospitality only and not for the other sector for better progress in other sector

The Smart Scheduling feature employs advanced algorithms to ensure optimal shift coverage, minimise conflicts, and maximise efficiency.

**What do you like best about Inside?**

This is a great application that allows us to track who enters our premise. And because the information is typed in by the user we can actually read the individual’s  name.  :-)  We had a situation where we had an AC repair person come in and say certain things and when the next one came from the same company to solve the issue, they could not determine who was in the first time.  I like it.

**What do you dislike about Inside?**

Our users often have a problem figuring out how to take thier picture and I think that could be improved. As well it is not clear on some of the screens that you have to scroll down.  Maybe reformat to be the next screen?  We use an iPad with a vertical configuration.  We also we have a problem that we wirelessly print the badges and frequently have an issue with that. Might be our printer and not the app though. I still like the app.

Straight forward instructions. Tech support gets back to you quickly if any issue arises.

**What do you dislike about Inside?**

Separating visitor logs by location. Tried  looking for it but just get the full list of all together, although the location is by the guest's login so.

**What problems is Inside solving and how is that benefiting you?**

one of the ipads that inside is installed on is not keeping a log of guests that signed in. inside's quick response to my email knew what the issue was and gave me the solution.

**What do you like best about Inside?**

When our organization went to remote work arrangements. Our physicians depended on this software package to know when we had visitors. It allows our administrative staff to update the physician while they work from home.

**What do you dislike about Inside?**

There is nothing that I currently dislike about this program. It does everything expected so well that I have referred it to other departments in our organization.

None at this time

This solves the problem of social distancing and allows our administrative staff to know who is visiting and which physician they need to see. Our performance has improved because of this program.

I like the simplicity and ease of use.
This product is also easy to setup

all works well, but there could be more reporting functionalities.

We no longer have to have additional staff signing persons in (save the company money)
Better tracking of our guests, clients, and business partners.
Add more professionalism to our organization.

**What do you like best about Inside?**

My favorite part of this app / software is the notification system integrated when customers check in.  The employee waiting for the visitor receives an instant email notifying the visitor is present and ready to accompany you into the building.  If you work in a cleared facility - ditch the paper and pen log and go digital.  Inside app offers the requirements needed to maintain the facility's security clearance.  Inside app will assist GDPR compliance for EU.  User friendly interface!

**What do you dislike about Inside?**

There is nothing I dislike about this app and service!

**What problems is Inside solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a digital visitor log for our secured building is first and foremost the best aspect.  Checking into our locations is seamless with this app and keeps people from clogging up the lobbies

Easy to set up and the pricing cold not be beat!

At this point, I haven't really found anything to dislike.  Only issue has been all the Brother printers that are recommended for badge printing are back-ordered.

I would recommend this product.  You cannot beat the price!

No more pen and paper.  No more wondering if someone is a visitor or new employee.

I don't think it costs enough.  The competition is 24 times more expensive, come on guys please raise the price.
