We found that the fact that InSegment offers a variety of services in one location is helpful in creating a one-stop shop where we can effectively sell our products online. This partnership has improved KPIs across the board, including a 33% increase in conversion volume on Google and a 567% increase on LinkedIn in just the last two years. ### 3. Needless to say, InSegment has seamlessly streamlined our client reporting process and managed our digital campaigns in thoughtful way. We look forward to our weekly team meetings with the dedicated team. **What do you like best about inSegment?** I am most impressed at how efficient and responsive InSegment is to our daily requests. Often times, we ask "fire drill" requests and the InSegment team does not skip a beat or drop the ball on implementation of these requests. I cannot count the number of times I have asked for something to be implemented the day of, and they respond back with either insightful questions in order to get the task at hand complete, or respond telling me "this is all set!" **What do you dislike about inSegment?** There is really nothing about our partnership with InSegment that I can honestly say I dislike. We all communicate well and listen and react in a timely manner to the needs of our clients. We are operating in a way that most could only hope to find in a vendor parter. ### 4. They've helped create many functioning pages and tools on our website that has helped drive our overall traffic. **What do you like best about inSegment?** We like that our partner is able to use their expertise in website design and implementation and provide us with results that meet our expectations and help drive traffic and keep our customers satisfied. **What do you dislike about inSegment?** There's nothing I can really say we dislike about the service we've been provided.
