MindMax wanted a partner large enough to handle a handful of large university partners that we could trust with their ad spend, account management, and help us strategize new ways to compete in the digital space. Needless to say, InSegment has seamlessly streamlined our client reporting process and managed our digital campaigns in thoughtful way. What do you like best?
I am most impressed at how efficient and responsive InSegment is to our daily requests. Often times, we ask "fire drill" requests and the InSegment team does not skip a beat or drop the ball on implementation of these requests. I cannot count the number of times I have asked for something to be implemented the day of, and they respond back with either insightful questions in order to get the task at hand complete, or respond telling me "this is all set!"
