They're also great at morphing their offering to be exactly what you required, plus innovative additions that you hadn't considered before. Working with inploi has been a joy over the last 2+ years and I would strongly recommend any business that is considering investing in the candidate experience & general resourcing space, highly consider working with them. Customer support has always been flawless, even as they've scaled which can often be a downfall for small businesses growing quickly. **What do you dislike about Inploi?** There's nothing I can really put in this box, with the exception of just substantially raising the bar of what I've come to expect from tech suppliers? It shines a light on the areas of improvement for your other suppliers, which you probably weren't aware of before. **What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a large-scale business that utilises inploi to help solve problems that come along with decentralising recruitment, inploi fills the gaps which the traditional ATS leaves. Particularly focusing on candidate experience, which has been a phenomenal success for us, converting a lot more from the attraction we already had. We also dynamically pinpoint the areas of the business that require more attention and focus than the average, point all the tools that inploi has to offer and successfully redirect our budgets to the areas that need it most - all dynamically. Saving time, increasing optimisation, and reducing marketing budget waste to almost zero. ### 2. They also provide us with the data that helps us to measure our successes and drive future decisions. Their account management style is very supportive and their team are always on hand to help and respond quickly, they act as an extension of your own team. **What do you dislike about Inploi?** There isn't anything I dislike about working with Inploi. **What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inploi have been able to probide us with data to ensure we are using our budgets correctly. They have also been able to support us with ensuring we serve up our recruitment adverts to the right platforms. We are looking forward to working with them on how we can ensure we have the quality as well as the quantitly of the the applciations we need. ### 3. We trust them a huge amount due to their quick thinking, pragmatic and innovative approach. They work like a true partner and are always enhancing from feedback, amending and moving forwards. No request seems too silly for them and every time I have been amazed at how quick they action requests but also take them on board :) They integrated with a tricky system, are easy to work with and get fab candidate feedback on the experience as well! **What do you dislike about Inploi?** I wish all our other suppliers were like them! **What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are really supporting the evolcing employer brand we have, our candidates experience and reporting/technical integrations. ### 4. They work closely with our IT teams also to ensure all in play and future functionality can intergrate with our ATS. The support and account management has alway been fantastic. **What do you dislike about Inploi?** Sometimes the full scope of work and planning requires more attention to detail and further investigation however they are always open to feedback and work with us to create more detailed plans and timelines and delivery is always great. **What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inploi supports us in being able to target and reach candidates. ### 5. A complete pleasure to deal with and build transparent workable partnerships. **What do you dislike about Inploi?** Zero, we have been able to overcome any challenges; however, there have not been many. **What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frictionless UX is where we started, and has been delivered and constantly innovated. We now implicitly trust Inploi, with all our external job marketing across multiple feed setups and segmented analytics.
