What do you like best about Inploi?

They're so agile that they can work at the speed that best suits your business. They're also great at morphing their offering to be exactly what you required, plus innovative additions that you hadn't considered before.

Working with inploi has been a joy over the last 2+ years and I would strongly recommend any business that is considering investing in the candidate experience & general resourcing space, highly consider working with them.

What do you dislike about Inploi?

There's nothing I can really put in this box, with the exception of just substantially raising the bar of what I've come to expect from tech suppliers?

What problems is Inploi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a large-scale business that utilises inploi to help solve problems that come along with decentralising recruitment, inploi fills the gaps which the traditional ATS leaves.

Particularly focusing on candidate experience, which has been a phenomenal success for us, converting a lot more from the attraction we already had. We also dynamically pinpoint the areas of the business that require more attention and focus than the average, point all the tools that inploi has to offer and successfully redirect our budgets to the areas that need it most - all dynamically. "Innovative, refreshing and such a proactive company to work with!"

What do you like best about Inploi?

They have the best account management and something I haven't experienced in a very long time from a supplier. We trust them a huge amount due to their quick thinking, pragmatic and innovative approach. They work like a true partner and are always enhancing from feedback, amending and moving forwards. No request seems too silly for them and every time I have been amazed at how quick they action requests but also take them on board :) They integrated with a tricky system, are easy to work with and get fab candidate feedback on the experience as well! What do you like best about Inploi?

Inploi are very collaborative and reponsive, working really closely with us to listen to our needs and building solutions that are tailored for us and our TA strategy. They work closely with our IT teams also to ensure all in play and future functionality can intergrate with our ATS.
