Helpful for Payments, Falls Short in Bookkeeping **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Turi M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026 **What do you like best about Innago?** I like that our shareholders can set up payments through Innago, and when the payments come through, they're automatically registered in the bookkeeping tool. This feature makes it easier for shareholders to submit their payments on time more regularly, and it reduces the manual work for our building, like depositing checks or tracking Zelle payments. **What do you dislike about Innago?** Innago makes it hard to see how much an individual shareholder owes today. It only shows the total owed for the year, so you have to dig for the current amount. This is unhelpful when talking to shareholders who want to know what they owe right now. It's also tough to customize the interface for bookkeeping needs. Plus, Innago's reporting doesn't support Chinese characters, which is a problem in a multilingual community. This means we can't send reports or letters in Chinese, Spanish, and English simultaneously, so we end up doing them manually. Also, setting up Innago is quite time-consuming because of all the data entry required. Lastly, it's not a complete solution for us because we still need to maintain two separate sets of books. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Innago useful for setting up shareholder payments and automatic bookkeeping. It reduces manual work like depositing checks and tracking payments, though it's not a complete solution as we still maintain separate books. ### 2. I always have to click around several places before finding where to change it. Then it's hard to change it for recurring. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** helping collect payments ### 3. It's always loading. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Innago has a lot of functionalities for landlord to explore. ### 5. Excellent and free! **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025 **What do you like best about Innago?** Getting more and more improved, with an easy-to-use lease tracking system, good maintenance fetcher, great customer service, and, of course, it's free. **What do you dislike about Innago?** There is no way to get out a simple rent ledger with all open invoices from a tenant on one letter, you can only print out each invoice separately or export the info to Excel but then it will not show the payment details (check number) which is needed for such a letter. **What problems is Innago solving and how is that benefiting you?** Created automatic invoices, so I never lose track of outstanding balances. Keeping track of lease expirations and maintenance requests, so I'm always aware of what's next to do. ### 6.
