"Cost-Effective, Secure Solution with Customization Needs"

4/5

What do you like best about inMeet?

I appreciate how inMeet combines cost flexibility, enterprise security, customizable branding, and reliable call quality into one unified platform that aligns perfectly with our cross-border import and export operations. The concurrent licensing model is a standout feature for our team of 11 to 50 employees; it allows flexible sharing of licenses, optimizing our spending by only paying for active meeting users, making remote collaboration more budget-friendly. I value the white-label branding capability, which boosts our professional image during formal negotiations by allowing us to customize the meeting interface with EuroTrade Logistics GmbH’s branding, creating a consistent corporate identity. The stable HD video and low-latency audio ensure reliable cross-continental communications, preventing misunderstandings and operational disruptions. Additionally, the enterprise-grade security with end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls satisfies GDPR requirements in Germany, protecting our confidential trade information. The centralized cloud dashboard further simplifies meeting administration, helping me oversee schedules, participation, and remote collaboration workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inMeet?

I find the native integration ecosystem limited. Our team relies heavily on logistics tracking software and Google Workspace to manage shipping documents, client correspondence, and meeting schedules. Unlike many competing conferencing platforms, inMeet doesn’t offer ready-made connectors for widely used business tools. We can't auto-populate meeting links into our shared calendar or directly share meeting recordings and discussion notes into our document management system. Every time we conclude supplier negotiations or internal operational meetings, our administrative staff have to manually transfer files and key takeaways, adding repetitive manual work for our small operations team. Although webhooks are available for custom integration, we don’t have dedicated IT developers to build custom workflows, so this potential functionality remains inaccessible for us. Additionally, I find the built-in meeting analytics lacking depth and custom filtering options. The cloud dashboard displays basic metrics such as participant numbers and meeting duration. However, we hope to generate targeted reports for our supply chain operations. For instance, filtering statistics based on meeting type, distinguishing supplier contract negotiations, internal logistics syncs, and customs coordination calls would be beneficial. We also want to track recurring participation patterns with key overseas partners. Without customizable reporting, we need to manually export raw data and organize records in spreadsheets to complete operational reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We find inMeet delivers tangible operational value for our German import and export business, most notably through its concurrent licensing model that effectively cuts our long-term software expenditure. Our company has roughly 36 employees across operations, logistics coordination and warehouse administration, and most staff do not attend virtual meetings every day. Previously, when we used Zoom, we were forced to buy individual licences for every team member, which generated unnecessary overhead. With inMeet’s shared concurrent licences, we only pay for active meeting participants, helping us optimise budgets that we allocate for supply chain management and international freight coordination. The platform provides consistent HD audio and video quality for cross-continental calls. We hold regular negotiations with manufacturing suppliers in Asia and logistics partners throughout Europe. Stable low-latency connections prevent communication failures that might trigger misunderstandings on delivery timelines, cargo inspection standards, freight pricing and customs document requirements, avoiding costly shipment delays caused by miscommunication. As a Germany-based trading firm subject to GDPR, we handle highly confidential data including supplier quotations, exclusive trade contracts and client shipment records. inMeet’s enterprise-grade end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls strengthen information security, lowering the risk of sensitive commercial data leakage during virtual negotiations. We also heavily utilise the white-label branding function. We customise the meeting interface with EuroTrade Logistics GmbH’s official logo and brand colours for all external calls with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders. The unified brand presentation builds credibility and creates a professional impression during formal contract discussions. All these capabilities jointly streamline our daily import and export workflows. Even so, we still hope the platform can add more native integrations for Google Workspace and logistics tracking tools, alongside customised meeting analytics, to reduce the heavy manual administrative work our small operations team currently manages.
