What I like most about initdesk is how easy it makes answering and managing customer tickets, just like emails. The workflow is smooth and saves me a ton of time. Beyond the ticketing, their Help Center (which they call the Support Portal) is great. It allows me to provide a top-notch self-service experience so my users can easily find answers to their own questions without even needing to wait for a reply.
