**What do you like best about initdesk?**

What I like most about initdesk is how easy it makes answering and managing customer tickets, just like emails. The workflow is smooth and saves me a ton of time. Beyond the ticketing, their Help Center (which they call the Support Portal) is great. It allows me to provide a top-notch self-service experience so my users can easily find answers to their own questions without even needing to wait for a reply.

**What do you dislike about initdesk?**

Still misses SLAs, but for now not an issue for me.

**What problems is initdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use initdesk to manage all the customer support and tickets for my mobile apps, specifically the "Birthday Reminder Widget" and "Moments Countdown" apps (which are available on both the Play Store and App Store). It solves the problem of scattered user communications by centralizing everything. The biggest benefit to me is the time I get back—thanks to the excellent self-service portal, users solve repetitive issues on their own, allowing me to focus my time on actually building and updating the apps

**What do you like best about initdesk?**

Easy of use. Fast flowing interface, plenty of keyboard shortcuts. AI suggested replies. All combined, make for a very fast way of going about clearing out queue.

**What do you dislike about initdesk?**

Anything that might have been a dislike is quickly solved by the team. Sometimes through feedback, but most times by their very thoughtful roadmap.

**What problems is initdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most customer support solutions still lack fully integrated proactive AI capabilities. Initdesk changed that for us. We now see AI as part of our workflow and not just an add-on.
