What do you like best about INFUSE?

I use INFUSE to distribute our content to our key audiences. We've been using INFUSE for five years and felt they were the strongest partner possible due to their large distribution network and ability to identify core audience members. Working in a niche market, it can be hard to find the right people, but INFUSE has been super helpful in generating engagement and demand within this audience. They do a good job of translating the content we provide into concise, clear assets that deliver immediate value to our audience. Finally, I've enjoyed their emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction. They're very reactive and responsive to our needs as they change and evolve. What do you like best about INFUSE?

I appreciate how INFUSE helps grow our marketing database through lead generation campaigns. They are thorough and meticulous, ensuring the delivery of leads that are relevant to us. INFUSE checks on geotargeting, lookalike companies, and how leads are presented to us. They go the extra mile to pre-qualify leads, ensuring they are warm and relevant through intent signaling and verifying needs with their business engagement team. They see through every part of the campaign from planning to delivery and also feedback. What do you like best about INFUSE?

I love the quality of the leads and the fact they match our ICP with INFUSE. I find the service from the team to be extremely helpful, friendly, proactive, and supportive. Our account manager is Jasmin and she is incredibly helpful, positive and a delight to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and she really goes out of her way to deliver the best service possible. She is also incredibly warm and friendly, and engages really well with our whole. If we're not happy with the leads, they come back and guide us through the whole process, checking in regularly. What do you dislike about INFUSE?

I think there's the challenge that the leads generated by content syndication are just not warmed up enough to pass directly onto the sales team. So there is a bit of a gap between those two things. What do you like best about INFUSE?

I like the variety of programs that Infuse offers from content syndication, a meeting set program, advertising, survey program. In addition, the 6sense integration is huge as that keeps our lists fresh dynamically and helps with our lean team. It really supports our demand generation efforts, especially with a lean team. Having their support has been great for driving awareness and engagement with our content, and their integration with 6sense helps us focus our advertising tightly on our ICP. Everyone I've met at INFUSE has been wonderful, supportive, and willing to help, especially in making sure the creatives are right and on brand for Swinlane. They've also been great partners, helping us see the results we need and providing excellent support. What do you dislike about INFUSE?

1. The entire MQL generation process is well established and proven.

2. Their campaign channels are very effective where they can easily reach out to thousands of our target prospects.

3. Also, the cadence and reporting mechanism is great, especially the visibility maintained through the demand accelerator dashboard.

What do you like best about INFUSE?

I am satisfied with the quality of work that Infuse is doing. Their consultative approach in understanding the needs and objectives of our campaigns has been really helpful. Infuse supports in introducing a product to the market through a combination of awareness and demand generation activities, including email campaigns and paid media. I appreciate their accuracy in suggestions and the weekly sharing of campaign results, which has been helpful. The methodology of Infuse is valuable because it is clear on achieving market awareness, generating leads, and nurturing those leads until they mature. Also, their offer to support our business development team with best practices for lead progression has been a great addition to our collaboration. Infuse has helped us with the first layer of the lead management workflow, which involves creating marketing-qualified leads. What do you like best about INFUSE?

I appreciate using INFUSE for lead generation and tapping into markets where we don't have regional marketing teams, especially in GDPR compliant areas. INFUSE helps us translate our brand philosophy and lead generation guidelines into something more region-specific, and it has been crucial for our pipeline generation. I also find their client service and availability across time zones impressive. They remain calm during crisis management and deliver despite regional and time differences. The 'two touch' lead gen offering is particularly beneficial, adding significantly to our pipeline. INFUSE's deliverables are always timely. I don't think much, but they could get a little more innovative in the B2B space. They could potentially start contributing more towards building on top of our brand's philosophy and diversifying the campaigns and suggesting a lot more on the creative and design aspects.
