**What do you like best about Infrascale Platform?**

Easy to use portal and Recover lost data . 
I appreciate Infrascal MS365 , Google Cloud robust recovery capabilities.
I use FileHive Online Backup and  Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (ICAB)

**What do you dislike about Infrascale Platform?**

Reporting is a bit tedious.
The virtualization of image backups option is missing .
PC image backup and restore should be improved; right now, it's hard to restore the complete pc image in case of disaster recovery.

**Recommendations to others considering Infrascale Platform:**

Go through all the feature you are looking for and suggest to try it for a month or 2 before agreement

**What problems is Infrascale Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save lots of time in configuring backup endpoints info scale is fast and easy to implement, only a server modification and a single install.
Yes we do brought lots of customers from other backup solutions, but we love to keep options open for each customers

**What do you like best about Infrascale Platform?**

It is a simple and easy tool to backup our system data, including mobile phones, servers, Saas applications. Not only that, we can manage our data in the cloud, do cleanup, do analysis and generate reports as well.

**What do you dislike about Infrascale Platform?**

The data recovery is slow, I mean very slow, especially for live applications; we could feel the delay in the UI screen. And it is charged a lot for mass data storage.

**Recommendations to others considering Infrascale Platform:**

Consider for a start-up to medium scale businesses when need to store a variety of data and multiple devices to be backed up. Average price and better quality guranteed

**What problems is Infrascale Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to store and recover my data and process it from the cloud so that I don't have to worry about losing it during essential times. I get the leverage of creating one account for all my devices.
