I watched him to the same (to even greater heights) at subsequent companies like G2 and Metadata. Not only are he, and the team he's built, amazing operators - you just couldn't hire someone like them for full-time positions if you tried. Turning our motion into easy-to-follow playbooks for new business and renewals without being scripted resulted in the playbooks that were actually adopted by my reps. In fact, most consultants have been mostly sizzle but no substance but ICP was the opposite and my reps actually liked working with the ICP and asked for more call coaching with Olivier. **What do you dislike about Inflection Capital Partners (ICP)?** It's hard to think of any drawbacks, ICP saved my year. If I had to pick one, my sales manager (who was the founding AE) seemed a bit resistant to the changes and coaching. I know it came from a place of defensiveness and he was worried about job security with a new baby on the way but I wish I had been coached on how to get in front of that better. **Recommendations to others considering Inflection Capital Partners (ICP):** I wish I had started one Q sooner, my reps probably would have been in their annual accelerators vs. just hitting the number but I am glad I can use our new conversion rates and deal sizes for quota and headcount planning going into 2025. **What problems is Inflection Capital Partners (ICP) solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is the most Impactful GTM shop we' ve used. When our growth started to stall, Olivier was able to come in and identify our gaps in the first week. They are pricier than the other consultants I've worked with and none of them have actually helped that much so it was a bit hard to swallow at first but the ROI was easy to see in all of my graphs, there's a clear before and after ICP came in (admittedly, it took ~2 sales cycles for the trend to become obvious). ### 9.
