Incognia's technology is cutting-edge, and I really like the service from the CS team, as well as the rest of the squad that assists us. They are always willing to help with our problems swiftly and urgently, developing specific solutions for our scenario. I also greatly appreciate the partnership relationship that Incognia creates and fosters with clients.

Even with good advances in Incognia's dashboard, I believe we still have room for improvement, which can be done there. I also want to follow the evolution of the graph tool, I believe we have opportunities in this regard.

Incognia brings us intelligence in devices and integrity, allowing the creation of specific rules for the transactional context, as well as for the onboarding of new delivery drivers. It supports us in solving specific challenges of our delivery driver context in the delivery app.

I like the personalized and fast service from Incognia. Additionally, the integration documentation is very good, which makes the process easier, even though it took us some time due to other priorities. Incognia replaced our previous internal product and I consider it much better. I use it in my fraud prevention work, where Incognia detects devices and can set up rules for clients who use our services.

**What do you like best about Incognia?**

My team and I started using the Incognia solution to improve our onboarding process and the creation of new accounts here at iFood. The support team always responds in a timely fashion and provides us with weekly reports containing valuable information on data collected and insights. I can easily say that Incognia is our top provider, not only in security and fraud prevention. We use their platform almost every day to check customer information, and I can say it’s easy to use, with new features constantly being added. Since implementing Incognia, we have reduced account takeovers and fraud by a lot. Recently, we had a money laundering attempt by fraudsters, and Incognia helped us greatly in containing the overall impact of the fraud, saving us something close to 90% loss on these accounts. Overall, Incognia has helped us provide a more secure onboarding process and we highly recommend their solution to any company looking to enhance their security and efficiency.

I don't have any downsides that I can think of.

We use Incognia to check device fingerprints and perform risk-based authentication. This solution has significantly helped us identify and prevent fraud and account takeovers, reducing our fraud loss by nearly 90%. We have implemented custom policies to monitor shared data in our app’s critical paths. Additionally, we use address verification during the onboarding process to mitigate false account creations and verify information from potential fraudsters.

I highly recommend Incognia for geolocation antifraud solutions. This tool integrates an SDK into your app to track user location patterns, identifying any deviations from their usual habits. Since implementing Incognia in all our pipelines, we’ve experienced a significant reduction in fraud.

Their customer service is outstanding, and the solution is consistently reliable and always available. Additionally, their website is very comprehensive and provides all the necessary resources and documentation.

Incognia is one of our most important business partners in combating logistic frauds. Over the past few years, we have built joint, robust solutions that have made our ecosystem much safer. I recommend them with my eyes closed. Special mention to Mari, our account manager, always willing to understand our pains and seek effective solutions for the business.

**What do you like best about Incognia?**

When I became Fraud Prevention Manager at iFood, Incognia was already implemented and it was working fine. My experience started in the CS aproach and all the work de Mari has leaded during my time. The partnership, the willing to help, all de support and insightfull meetings are not common in the market. Incognia is not the partnert that implement and come back in the momment of annual review, it is a company that participate in the daily basis. I'd l ike to say that upper and lowers levels, starting in Mari's level, has the same culture and the focus on partnership.

It is not something that I dislike, but I do believe that Incognia has an opportunity and it is already addressing it, is related to the creation a community for knowledge exchange. There are many opportunities on being the glue that could connect fraud prevention teams all around the world.

Incognia has helped us to control chargeback rates and promo abuse at iFood. Our PRI (Promo Risk Indicator) applying Graph and social nerwork analysis is strongly based in the confidence that we have on Incognia's device info. Besides that, We've reached the best cbk performance for the last 24 months and Incognia is a critical path to achieve those results.

Initially we had a significant number of customers who had no history of geolocation, but the number gradually reduced with the capillarity and growth of Incógnia, resulting from the increase and adoption of the solution by other companies.

The solutions help us remove common bureaucracies in the financial market, so that we can offer a fluid experience for the customer to log in and use the app without friction. We enjoy Incognia's ability to share a user's precise location, it is very usefull

The only thing I  was not satisfied was with the Incognia's plataform/dashboard because It was not possible to download the data/information (for example, the devices IDs that had a suspicious behavior, for that we needed to require to Incognia's team this information) but, fortunately that was solved.

Unlike other vendors, Incognia's SDK and API integration is straightforward. Incognita provides clear technical documentation and constant support from their solutions engineers, which are essential to guarantee that the technical integration works accordingly. In addition, the communication between both teams is very fluid, and the product is an ever-evolving tool that puts into practice the constant feedback we share with their team.

Incognia has replaced our internal device id with a hyper-robust and reinstall-proof one. Their device intelligence technology has given us a new layer of emulator detection and, along with Incognia's device id, has significantly impacted chargeback and cancellation fraud reduction.

**What do you like best about Incognia?**

Incognia's geolocation product is excellent and has become an essential element of our Trust & Safety strategy. But more importantly, the team backing Incognia is responsive, intelligent, and willing to dig deep into our use case to improve their product. Working with their support team has been like working with a fellow product development team in our company, making Incognia a standout among vendors in Trust & Safety.

**What do you dislike about Incognia?**

Incognia is still a young company with the usual early company challenges: all features are not necessarily configurable in their web interface, they are still learning (though rapidly) how to build up a body of security research around their product, and some advanced features, like web-based geolocation, are yet to be built. Still, their scrappy and intelligent attitude gives us confidence that they will be an excellent partner as they continue to build up their product.

**What problems is Incognia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incognia provides a geolocation product that allows us to ensure that our users are real people (i.e. not bots). Ensuring that our platform is used by real people helps us build a trusted, in-product community that has a much lower incidence of bad actors.

**What do you like best about Incognia?**

Incognia reduced the cost of our app authentication flow by 51%. With Incognia, the app decreased the reliance on high-friction facial biometrics and improved our customers' in-app experience while ensuring our processes' safety.

**What do you dislike about Incognia?**

Sometimes our operational team needs a formal report of the reasons for the risk assessments provided by Incognia. Right now, we only have available the dashboard, which provides information, but not everything required to help an outsider understand the evaluation.

**What problems is Incognia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incognia helped us in two main fronts: 

Reduce in low-risk cases:
-the friction in our customer experience;
-the cost of facial biometrics.

Identify high-risk cases related to :
-suspicious logins, made out of the customer usual locations;
-modifications in our app, allowing us to activate safety measures.

The proof of value process has a methodology that proves the solution's value through database 
exchanges, thorough analysis, and on-time support. Furthermore, the blind baseline period gave us 
extreme confidence in how the solution would work after the full integration.

As the solution is quite new I still haven`t found any weak spots

With Incognia, we change our fraud (Chargeback and Promo Abuse) scenario. Incognia helps us improve our solutions to identify bad users in-app journeys.  Also, working with their support team has been a successful case with the provider and client.

I have nothing big to share. Incognia constantly improves the models/solutions when some fragility is discovered.

Incognia is helping us to identify fraudters with device_id solution that garantee an high accurance of information to combat fraud and promotion abuse by users.

Incognia's solution has helped us prevent account takeover theft fraud in our application generating savings of millions. It has also helped us reduce costs with easy biometrics, and reduce friction in our customers' security rules. It is also proving very effective in the onboarding process.

Still not clear the weak spots of their solution (false positive), although Rappi already have seen it not working properly.
