The software is unique in what it does. It's helping us reduce operating costs, and I like that it enables our employees to make better decisions and learn on demand with its AI coach. I appreciate their focus on PDCA and that all the business impact our employees achieve can be verified by our finance function through the software. I like all the software functionality as it aids us in growing our continuous improvement program. **What do you dislike about Impruver?** I would add more courses to the training on demand piece of the software. We have enjoyed the Lean Six Sigma training. **What problems is Impruver solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Impruver to certify my team in Lean Six Sigma and manage Lean projects. Run super smooth and is seamless once you get it setup. **What do you dislike about Impruver?** Nothing we dislike as of yet! Time will be the ultimate tell, but so far so good. **Recommendations to others considering Impruver:** If you're looking to help push your work-force and staff and optimize efficiency, then Impruver would certainly help. Take the time to have company meetings and discuss the potential and the need for a system such as this, and how it helps company wide. **What problems is Impruver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Impruver is a handy and inspirational app. We use it to keep our team engaged and focus on the various tasks through our company initiatives. We've found that our productivity has increased tremendously. The UI is pretty easy to understand and train our team. Our members have glowing feedback as they have expressed that they enjoy their day to operations a bit more. Their reasoning is they have a better sense of how the daily work affects the company's overall direction. They have a greater understanding of purpose. ### 3.
