It's extremely over complicated and not user-friendly. Overly complicated, price attributes are a nightmare for organizations with many membership types, and there's slow help from their support team. It takes forever to get help, and I constantly run into the same issues. I don’t have time to read articles. The initial setup was awful—so complicated and draining. **What problems is Impexium solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Impexium as our membership database. ### 2. There are constant glitches and the company owns up to none of them. I can't remember a time in all of our years with impexium that we did not have open at least three concurrent support tickets. It feels like we are constantly playing catch-up trying to manage our AMS rather then the AMS managing our association. **What problems is Impexium solving and how is that benefiting you?** The purpose of an AMS is to help associations manage their operations. ### 3. It also doesn't have a good system to detect accounts duplicate, and queries are hard to use for example account duplicate queries. I do like that the administration is divided into "apps" so you can easily find the area you are needing. It is pretty intuitive and reports are improving each year. The training videos are helpful. **What do you dislike about Impexium?** Customer service is slow and not very supportive. It's still a relatively new product, so we run into many items that seem to have not yet been considered by the service, but are very typical in the AMS world of features. Users have limits on changes we can make ourselves, for example, change in a dues structure requires paying Impexium additional money to configure. **What problems is Impexium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to use it as our AMS and run reports. It's pretty reliable, and though slow sometimes, never really "goes down." ### 10.
