The presenter was pleasant to look at with a nice voice and easy manner, which also helped. It would make much more sense if you gave the same test at the beginning and again at the end of a training course. This way, you can quantify how many people benefit from the course and by what margin but also it would encourage your own team to make the test more helpful. The test needs to ask the trainee about important facts they should have learnt, not trivial information, and it should reflect what you want the trainee to take away with them. The bullet point review on the screen at the end of each slide made taking notes simple so I could listen to her speaking. She had a very clear voice and very good tone using emphasis where necessary and I could do it at my own pace. **What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning?** There wasn't anything I could pin point as a 'dislike'. It indicated that it should take 35minutes but it took me longer as I wanted to make sure I passed the test. I think 35 minutes is an optimistic time. **What problems is iHasco e-learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to identify the legal implications and responsibilities we have with respect to GDPR.
