User encrypted storage provides zero knowledge storage. **What do you dislike about IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2?** I tried this last year and found the software was ropey and unreliable. Despite my collaboration with their support dept. they were unable to resolve any of the issues I highlighted. The frequent software releases suggested that the product was not ready for market. I have tried it again his year in the hope that they will have ironed out all the faults but it does not seem much better. It does not allow you to simply upload files without manipulating the sync or backup settings in some obscure way. Maybe I will try it again in 5 years. **What problems is IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would allow me to have offsite storage of backups for disaster recovery. ### 48.
