Ideawake is an easy-to-use platform for any business looking to get a better handle on maturation of business problems into ideas which can then become implemented solutions. It outperforms other options like using SharePoint or Azure DevOps to achieve the same result because it offers a user-friendly frontend experience that is easy for employees to interact with. There is very little to criticise. During our implementation phase of the product we would occasionally come across minor bugs, but the Ideawake team was quick to incorporate them into their development cycles and inform when it could expect to be fixed.
