It's a big enough company to deliver a top-notch, easy-to-use website and great customer service but small enough to know team members by name. Because Ideawake is nimble, our rep customized the software to fit one especially complex idea challenge. They listen, respond quickly and value their customers. **What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly quality improvement across all departments of the health system and management of ideas for the innovation team. One challenge generated dozens of ideas that helped guide the leaders of a significant behavioral health effort, and some of those providers engaged with colleagues like they never had. When the pandemic hit, we held virtual performance improvement symposiums on Ideawake using videotaped presentations instead of the usual in-person sessions, which allowed us to recognize the excellent work people were doing. ### 7.
