What do you like best about Ideawake?

From the initial "interview" with the Ideawake team to see if they could meet our needs, I knew we'd found a partner in success rather than just another SaaS offering to spend money on. There was willingness to walk through what we hoped to get out of the tool and create a implementation which satisfied our goals. What do you like best about Ideawake?

The entire process from start to finish has been a great experience. Both Coby and Hanna have been responsive and helpful throughout the entire process from implementation to full roll out. Hanna continues to be our main contact and has been easily accessible and is always ready to help us resolve concerns or answer questions. The system is great and customizable. Our agency uses the software as a general suggestion program and customization has helped us reach our goals in offering employees a safe and confidential place to leave honest feedback. Employees requested a place where they can submit input about our agency without feeling like they are tied down to the feedback. Ideawake allows anonymity and a place for us to follow up with every single post and suggestion that comes through. It is also a great tool for ongoing transparent communication amongst leadership as each of the posts are responded to and made public for all staff to view.

"Intuitive and high impact innovation platform"

What do you like best about Ideawake?

We used Ideawake to run a company-wide innovation challenge, strengthen our innovation culture and generate new hardware, software and service ideas. From minimal IT implementation through a custom program design, the Ideawake team were practical, responsive, and a pleasure to work with - Coby and Hanna are rockstars and provided top-notch customer support.

The platform had every capability we needed and flexed to our workflow, scoring criteria, and custom dashboards. After a short overview, our admins were fully comfortable fine-tuning the back end. On the front end, usability was stellar—we didn’t receive a single question about logging in, posting, commenting, or voting.

We set clear KPIs and the Ideawake dashboards were able to mirror them, making it easy to track progress and focus follow-ups. We also suggested a couple enhancements; Ideawake incorporated them into their release cycle, and we’ve seen steady improvements over the past few months.

Bottom line: we exceeded our goals, drove broad engagement, and surfaced high-quality ideas now feeding our product roadmaps. I can’t imagine achieving the same impact running this manually without Ideawake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our implementation included a migration of data from an old system over to Ideawake. We were able to map the majority of our data from our old system over to Ideawake, but getting the proper reports/dashboards set up has been a bit challenging as there were key metrics that we wanted to continue reporting the same way we did in the past. What do you like best about Ideawake?

Ideawake is an easy-to-use platform for any business looking to get a better handle on maturation of business problems into ideas which can then become implemented solutions. It outperforms other options like using SharePoint or Azure DevOps to achieve the same result because it offers a user-friendly frontend experience that is easy for employees to interact with. What do you dislike about Ideawake?

There is very little to criticise. During our implementation phase of the product we would occasionally come across minor bugs, but the Ideawake team was quick to incorporate them into their development cycles and inform when it could expect to be fixed. What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had a very disorganised way of working with ideas. Employees in our lines of business often didn't know where to go with an idea to get help, funding, or technical resources to develop it. Implementing Ideawake allowed us to align our different SVP areas around the same process for submitting ideas for consideration, which ensured that the teams responsible for development/execution of new ideas received an idea that was well matured and described according to criteria that we specified.
