ID Dataweb's set of ID Verification workflows are one of the most complete I've come across. They can easily cover the verification needs for most users globally using various forms of government IDs available. We partnered with ID Dataweb so that our own customers have the ability to securely enroll for their first credential and also confidently allow them to recover their lost/stolen credentials self-service.

It helps that their connectors use industry standard OpenID Connect (OIDC), allowing us to create connectors that can integrate our solution with their workflows relatively easily. Their partner team is on-point with getting things done and making sure that the partnership benefits both of us.

Have enjoyed the aggregation of all of the proofing methods. Provides many options for workflows. The UI has been easy to use and integrate with. Clients have generally favorable feedback. The multi-level security checks on mobile devices and authorization processes / identity verification of users registering on our sites. Also, the knowlege of their tech support staff. I like that ID Dataweb offers so many options for creating idenity verification workflows. I also like that much of the service can be self-configured which allows for easy modifications or experimentation with different processes. With their cloud hosted solution, you can stand up a new worklfow in minutes and add your own branding. You can also integrate with your existing fedration system for a seemless experience. ID Dataweb's support is always very responsive and their team is ready to take the wheel or let you design your own solutions depending on your comfort level. As someone who enjoys the hands-on configuration options that IDDW offers, I would sometimes get impatient waiting for a functionalty to be exposed in the self-service UI so that I did not have to ask for it to be done for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ID Data Web is a second step verification for our customers who might seem like a fraud risk to AI model risk assessments. By adding this second step verification we are able to allow more sales though that would not have been allowed by using an AI risk assessment tool alone. This also has added another layer of protection for our customers which makes them feel safer. My company is not required to use IDDW but we chose to and the partnership is outstanding.
