What do you like best about Iconosquare?

Iconosquare gives a quick overall view of how my posts are performing, Latest Followers, and my "Lost" followers. That data and engagement data helps me know what the audience likes and what they don't like and the best hours of the day and the best days of the week to post my best content...let's face it, we know all of our posts can't be 10s. I save my 10s for the best time of day.

What do you dislike about Iconosquare?

My previous biggest problem was that the "Top Followers" data, in particular, was very inaccurate. Many Top Followers were missing from the output. Iconosquare seemed to fix that over the last few weeks or data took a while to populate.

The old Iconosquare used to track "Favorite Followers" and a few other bits of data and supplied us with photos to post with data that I could share on my Instagram feed. I miss some of those features, but the New Iconosquare is pretty awesome. The trade-off was worth it.

I wish the data would show how long the "Lost Followers" were following before they stopped following. I have a feeling most lost followers only follow for a short time and fall off to increase their own popularity, but I'll never know without spending a ton of time manually paying attention to the feed. It would be cool if there were some way to track what post drew new followers, or if followers came from liking a photo posted by another feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
