**What do you like best about ICONMA?**

The learning process here is well-supported, as they assist you wherever you need help and encourage your improvement. They provide cab service for both pick-up and drop-off, along with free meals and a healthy work environment. The mentors are excellent, and there is a strong emphasis on safety for women, especially for those working night shifts and using the cab service.

**What do you dislike about ICONMA?**

I haven't found anything to dislike so far. In fact, their incentive structure is excellent compared to others in the industry.

If you are seeking excellent clients, a strong incentive structure, and a healthy work environment, you may want to consider ICONMA.

It's a great company to begin your career with. If you are a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn everything from A to Z.
