This is not necessarily the case; there are some areas of AI improvement. **Recommendations to others considering iClinic:** Use it if your medical billing is not up to par. **What problems is iClinic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the problems were resolved after a couple more minutes working with it. ### 5. Very convenient **What do you dislike about iClinic?** I dislike that so documents cannot be edited it once uploaded. **What problems is iClinic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some problems solved are keeping logs of everything that has been done, a record. We are able to keep track of all the changes made with every visit or appointment made. ### 6.
