**What do you like best about Icegram?**

Ease of use, free plan is offered if it fits your needs.

**What do you dislike about Icegram?**

Poor feature set for the price, no free trial of paid features, unclear feature sheets, essentially no refunds issued without absolute begging, autorenewal enabled for canceled purchases (!)

**Recommendations to others considering Icegram:**

Consider alternatives - I found Announcer did a better job than Icegram.

**What problems is Icegram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Converting website visitors to subscribers. Poor feature set made implementation impossible - there are far fewer options for actions when the user clicks the negative CTA (I'm not interested).

**What do you like best about Icegram?**

Icegram was developed with your audience in mind, as the tool ranges from the free version to the full version that offers all the services provided.
It has elegant tools and responsive design.

**What do you dislike about Icegram?**

It has few resources available in the free version, so, in order to have full access to all available tools, you need to purchase the application which is separated into three parts.
This feature makes the website heavier, as this application is an external tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Icegram:**

Icegram has its free version, so there is no reason not to test it. Once testing, you will have good experiences using this application that implements the website.

**What problems is Icegram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The toolbars of the application are very intuitive and draws the attention of the public, its various tools attract the attention of the public.
