what is helpful is that it's used for marketing to increase sales. Messages can help bring a customer back to an abandoned cart with a pop-up text message or in-app message. It can also serve to reengage a customer.

**What problems is IBM Push Notifications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

marketed push notifications can reduce customer churn and increase click-through-rates (CTR) to a site or app.

**What do you like best about IBM Push Notifications?**

Compared to other push notifications, IBM really does a great job not sending to many notifications and only sends information you need. I would recommend IBM push notifications to anyone. 

**What do you dislike about IBM Push Notifications?**

Sometimes it seems the notifications are delayed. 

**What problems is IBM Push Notifications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s great to be able to send real time notifications to mobile devices.
