I think an aspect that doesn’t work is the confusing IBM and otherwise billing system. They sign you up for a trial but they don’t even mention anymore there is a free account, so you’re think 'Am I going to be charged? Did they get rid of the free tier?' I need to have a development environment set up to test automations. The NS1 website just led me around in circles and sent me to a chat bot when I tried to sign up for a developer account.

Instead, I reached out to the sales team indicating I was a current customer and needed the developer account. There was no response.
