As a product from IBM, it provides a user-friendly, easy-to-use platform, great customer support, and has all expected features. It helps to scan container images for known vulnerabilities, reduce time to maintain, and now I have better visibility into Kubernetes. It optimizes resource downtime, which helps to improve performance, and has integration with AWS and Google Cloud. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloud Monitoring with Sysdig?** This platform is best for teams with an in-house DevSec professional, but without a full-time person, you may struggle with it. It also requires some training while implementing the system. **What problems is IBM Cloud Monitoring with Sysdig solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our platform carries a lot of sensitive information like creators' data, cost, and campaign spending, etc. So we need a system to see and maintain our security and compliance. We migrated our monitoring logs and created monitoring app on cloud a year ago. Overall, my favourite features are visualization of our network and logs, customizable dashboards, user access control. They provide a secure system for monitoring incidents on cloud. Lastly, their support desk is really helpful, they answer my tickets in seconds. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloud Monitoring with Sysdig?** At the beginning we were concerned about the security of our logs. But after seeing the results of vulnerability scans ad compliance checks, we trust them. **What problems is IBM Cloud Monitoring with Sysdig solving and how is that benefiting you?** We keep system logs and monitoring activities on the cloud.
