Tasks such as credit and loan approvals are tasks which are based and influenced off similar decisions. Hence, our team's switch to using this software has helped us cut costs and increase efficiency for our clients by turning it into an automated decision. Any automate repeatable intelligent business decision is handeled by IBM's software with ease. It can easily be integrated with any company's service, it is an accurate solution provider due to its thorough and in depth background ran by such a high tech firm. The customer service provided by their company is amazing as well, for certain tasks, implementation of the software can be a challenge, but IBM has always supported the company and has been able to help us implement the software with ease. **What do you dislike about IBM Automation Decision Services?** There is a slight learning curve, the begining of the set up and integration with your services might be challenging, but IBM has great customer service and helps you throughout the process! **What problems is IBM Automation Decision Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps automate decisions as a business instead of spending money and relying on employees. It is more efficient and beneficial, especially for my business as all approvals required are based off similar data and influenced by similar decisions. It is a lot more accurate as well since it does a through check of data from our clientel. ### 3. It makes the use of systems as easy as possibel and automating many of the tasks that were manual with our 400 service. As this is an EOL service, it was nice to come into the situation I am currently in to be able to streamline processes while moving toward and ERP, EDI, and entire business systems rejuvination migration. **What do you dislike about IBM Automation Decision Services?** Not much to complain about. For automation variables it is great. **What problems is IBM Automation Decision Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is solving as a bridge used between our AS400 system into our new ERP/EDI environment. Being that the 400 is EOL, it is a system that served its purpose and is now ready to be put to pasture. But this allowed us to to squeeze as much out as possible for the final leg of its life. ### 4.
