What is iBluSend? iBluSend is an iMessage marketing and customer communication platform that enables businesses to send and receive authentic Apple iMessages (blue bubbles) at scale using a macOS bridge connected to an iPhone. The platform integrates natively with GoHighLevel (GHL) and functions as a messaging channel inside CRM workflows, campaigns, and sales pipelines. iBluSend is designed for agencies, sales teams, and service businesses that want to use iMessage as a primary communication channel without relying on traditional SMS providers or A2P 10DLC registration. **What do you like best about iBluSend?**

Zach, the founder has been amazing. Anytime I had a question or needed help understanding the implementation, he has personally reached out and helped with this transition over to iBluSend. I would switch to them purely based on their service (not including the huge bonus of the iMessage piece)

**What do you dislike about iBluSend?**

There is absolutely a learning curve to any new software. That has nothing to do with iBluSend, just a transition.

**What problems is iBluSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blue messages and our response rates have went through the roof and it implements within our CRM with ease. The price and ROI fit exactly what we were looking to accomplish. The Performance is exactly what they said it would be and I love you can implement AI with it. The User interface is so simple.

**What do you like best about iBluSend?**

The best thing about iBluSend is the face that our messages are going through now and not being suppressed by the carriers and aggregators.

**What do you dislike about iBluSend?**

There isn’t really much to dislike about it.  If there is something that needs to be tweaked support fixes it almost instantly!

**What problems is iBluSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is solves is throughput.  I now know that people are getting my messages and the trust factor is higher with iMessage and RCS than regular SMS.
