**What do you like best about Hyperscayle?**

What’s been most helpful about Hyperscale is their flexibility, responsiveness, and depth of expertise. They truly operate like an extension of our internal team rather than an outside vendor, which makes collaboration incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Hyperscayle?**

I haven’t encountered any significant downsides in our partnership. If anything, because they’ve become such a trusted extension of our team, demand for their support can sometimes outpace our wish list of projects, but that speaks more to how valuable they’ve been than to a true negative.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperscayle:**

My biggest recommendation would be to treat Hyperscale as a strategic partner, not just a task-based vendor. They bring much more value when you involve them in problem solving and planning rather than simply handing over execution requests. Be clear about your priorities and roadmap, because they can support a wide range of needs, from Salesforce administration and enhancements to reporting, analytics, and broader operational support. The more context they have around your business goals, the more effectively they can help drive outcomes.
If you’re looking for a flexible, knowledgeable team that can quickly extend your internal capabilities and help you move faster without adding permanent headcount, they’ve been a very strong partner for us.

**What problems is Hyperscayle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperscalye has become an extension of our internal team, helping us scale our Salesforce operations far beyond what we could support with internal resources alone. They provide critical support across Salesforce administration, Tableau/reporting, and broader platform enhancements, which allows our team to move faster, execute more strategic initiatives simultaneously, and respond to business needs much more quickly.

**What do you like best about Hyperscayle?**

Hyperscayle has truly acted as an extension of our team. They get up to speed quickly and deploy resources efficiently to execute. They also know the right questions to ask up front, so we spend minimal time on knowledge transfer and most of our time on ideation and execution.

**What do you dislike about Hyperscayle?**

Because Hyperscayle operates as a highly strategic and execution-oriented partner, the engagement works best when your internal team is aligned and able to move quickly. Organizations without clearly defined ownership, priorities, or decision-making processes may struggle to maximize the value of the partnership early on. Their team brings strong recommendations and momentum, so ensuring internal readiness for change management and adoption is important to getting the most out of the engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperscayle:**

If you’re considering Hyperscayle, come in with clear priorities, well-defined business processes, and measurable success criteria. Having clear operational goals gives their team the direction needed to execute efficiently and proactively. I’d also recommend approaching the engagement as a strategic partnership rather than a traditional vendor relationship. The greatest value comes from actively collaborating with their team, leveraging their expertise to mature internal processes, and investing in adoption and change management alongside the technical implementation.

**What problems is Hyperscayle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyperscayle has helped us scale and accelerate sales process automation and optimization following a carve-out. Initially, the plan was largely a lift-and-shift of our CRM and sales tools, but we brought Hyperscayle in to identify process gaps and augment our internal IT capacity so we could optimize and enhance workflows before full system cutover.

Their team has supported the development of a comprehensive sales process optimization strategy spanning account planning, incentive compensation management, opportunity management, and forecasting automation. As a result, my team has been able to move faster with more accurate underlying data, improved processes, and greater operational consistency.

**What do you like best about Hyperscayle?**

Not only was Hyperscale’s work top tier, they also went above and beyond in how they enabled our team. They delivered tailored presentations, one for Marketing on how to maintain what they built in house, and another for Sales focused on what they specifically needed to know, given how it would impact their day-to-day.

That level of support took a huge weight off my shoulders. They did not just build it, they helped tell the story internally and ensured adoption. On top of that, we had ongoing office hours for a few months afterward, so we always had support as questions came up.

**What do you dislike about Hyperscayle?**

There was nothing I didn't like. No issues.

**What problems is Hyperscayle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They built out our entire lifecycle framework in HubSpot, including clear stage definitions, workflows, and master lists. They also supported our email marketing efforts by creating templates and ensuring proper structure across campaigns. Overall, they helped standardize and operationalize our lifecycle stages, contact management, and email marketing processes.

**What do you like best about Hyperscayle?**

I really appreciate Hyperscayle's capability to allow us to modify data at scale through Openprise automation, which delivers a consistent experience to our sales team and helps streamline reporting. Their solutions keep our database clean and organized. The deep expertise of their team lets us bounce ideas off them and reach solutions quicker since they know our business so well and help us avoid potential issues. I value how the deliverables are consistently delivered well, with little to no errors and on time. Madeleine at Hyperscayle is fantastic; we love working with her as her ideas and solutions are top-tier. Hyperscayle's territory management has been instrumental in redoing our intake, implementation, and QA process, helping me move quicker. Overall, their ideas and supportive approach help automate and clean our database effectively, making operations smoother.

I only wish I could have more hours with them!

I use Hyperscayle for account parenting, deduplication, and territory management. It helps modify data at scale, delivers a consistent experience to our sales team, streamlines reporting, and maintains a clean database. **What do you like best about Hyperscayle?**

Hyperscayle is an excellent partner and quickly becomes an extension of your team. They take the time to work understand your business, how it operates and your needs. They offer insight and direction based on their breadth of experience and the team is just a pleasure to work with. They have excellent project management, which keeps everyone on task and sticking to the clearly laid out project plan and timeline. The developers and architects design solutions using configuration first and customization only when needed. This enabled us to support our implementation in-house easier. I can’t say enough good things about this team!

**What do you dislike about Hyperscayle?**

There is nothing, working with Hyperscayle only has upsides. Excellent project management, solid and innovative solutions, great people.

**Recommendations to others considering Hyperscayle:**

I would recommend those considering Hyperscayle to set up an introduction and meet the team. Also consider the benefits: strong project management, solutions designed around your needs, best practices and their wealth of experience. Time zone is also an important consideration. Having a partner in our time zone made scheduling calls and working together very easy.

**What problems is Hyperscayle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I worked with Hyperscayle at a previous company. They built a unique CPQ configurator tool that allowed our sales team to easily quote a SaaS product. They also built an upgrade to our existing customer portal.

Hyperscayle has strong SaaS GTM positioning & workflow understanding. Leverage them to be your thinking partners not just staff ougmentation.

**What problems is Hyperscayle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my prior company, EDB, Hyperscayle helped us design the entire lead to opportunity workflow with assignments of leads within minutes to SDRs and from there an hand-off to AEs. The rules were complicated since this was a global team with language, timezone, type of engagement activities.

Helped us with RevOps functional standup and maturity.  Greater visibility to pipeline creation and closed won deals, improved efficiency of GTM system architecture and workflows, dashboarding maturity.
