We have many situations where the same group of people need to be notified and the clone feature available when creating a campaign can really streamline the process. Getting cell phones registered is a more difficult task than the landlines that we used to deal with. It does require some effort and marketing to bring the system to the publics attention. I like being able to automate weather messages because it saves time. I also appreciate that I can create and send messages from a computer, phone, or tablet. There is too much "old" information and it doesn't let the resident know if they are trying to input a phone number that is already in the system with someone else's information. There is also no City or Village information when looking at the reports to know where the person is if they indicate they may need extra assistance with special needs.
