I also appreciate that I can create and send messages from a computer, phone, or tablet. I really value the option to use private internal groups as a contingency within our PACE plan for the fire and EMS paging system. **What do you dislike about Hyper-Reach Mass Notification System?** I don’t like the process of making a mapping selection from the app. It feels seamless on the computer, but in the app it’s not as smooth or straightforward. **What problems is Hyper-Reach Mass Notification System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating weather warnings to citizens.
