Plus, the team is vey open to adding new features to the platform, so if new methodology is needed it is best to talk to the Success Managers and they are more than happy to help with the business. Also, the email outreach feature that they have is the key for their difference. This saves so much time for the team and also to organise the communication in one platform. Analaytics wise, the platfrom is giving the most detailed data in the market. Another downside is that their influencer discovery tool doesn't pull as much quality recommendations because their database isn't as extensive for Filipino content creators. Within the platform, it has a large selection of criterias, helps me to quickly find the right one to start buidling connection. 2. Audience Authenticity: HA has this feature as to automatically test the authenticity of an influencer's followers. It'll notify you once an account appeared to be fake or suspicious (helped me to filter liars). Plus, in the report, it'll show the engagement rate of how active influencer's followers are when he/she posts. 3. Content Analysis: HA will analyze an influencer's post content to show what types of content that drives the highest engagement or lowest. It also shows the most often used hashtags or mentions, such feature has saved my time to think about what to include in the content details. 4.Campaign Tracking: HA helps you to track performances once you created a campaign and launched within the platform. This feature has helped me to quickly generate a post-campaign review report. 5. Competitor Analysis: this feature helped me to check what brand has this influencer collaborated before, and I could see how well did this influencer perform. Even though HA has a massive influencer database across five major platforms offered, it still needs improvements on those platforms, especially Twitter. HA has main focuses on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. However, we mainly focuses influencers on Twitter (AKA: X). HA has limited resources on this part and influencer database for our industry. (It's understandable) 2. For the campaign feature, I've mentioned before it is a great tool to help tracking performances. However, to use this feature, it only allows approved website servers (shopify, webcommerce, etc.) for store integration (very easy and quick setup); It's quite inconvenient if the website is built other than these platforms (self-built website). I hope they'll work on this and to make it an easy setup. **What problems is HypeAuditor solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I initially reached out to HA and acquired its services, I wanted to help my org in diversifying from solely working with influencers on Twitter to extend to other platforms.
