An example of that would be if I need to add a co-author, I have to go through the Help Desk. They have given me a lot more access than I had on Day 1 but for areas like that it's a bit time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering HYPE Innovation Management:** Innovation Central can be used in a multitude of ways such as pipeline ideation and meetings. We tend to use IC beyond these methods. I have some groups that collect initial data to Results Engine to do project tracking. I have another group as well that collects their proof of concepts in Results Engine. A lot of people love the Results Engine tool. My recommendation to others is to think outside of the box when it comes to use cases for this tool. For example we even use IC to send surveys and to track trade shows. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Innovation Central for mainly 3 types of innovation. Pipeline ideation, to gather information from brainstorming ideation sessions, and of course we use IC to collect ideas on challenges pertaining to problems, ways to improve, etc. Innovation Central has been a very successful tool for us in achieving our goals. ### 11. Look at the people, the product itself, and the process. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this time we are focused on using Planbox to address continuous improvement opportunities within the organization, as well as H1 type innovation. We have realized two types of benefits. We have measured them in some instances where they were measurable. In these instances we’ve had business units achieve up to 200k in savings within 18 months of implementing their top 5 ideas. In other instances, these benefits have been very qualitative. The UI is very friendly, you can sort tasks by drag-and-drop, add them to group or assign it to some one just with some clicks (two actually). Also you have comments section in a tab so you can always check to see what customer or developers talks about the task. The permission system is very good, you can decide who can access the project and the level of permissions (only read, write, manage...) You can have the report base on hour added, worked time by monthly, weekly... and a hand full of other features but above are which I like best. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** They don't have free plan for small teams. (They had in the past but I can't find any where now) **Recommendations to others considering HYPE Innovation Management:** If you want to finding a management tool for your team then Planbox is the obvious choice with a very low cost. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide modules for Magento sites and we used some project management systems before but we are stuck with Planbox for now. It make our life a lot easier with tracking which one doing and how much hour he in the tasks.
