There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. Nobody knew what was going on in different functions, similar projects were being worked on simultaneously, and people had nowhere to make suggestions. To solve the problem that innovators are located in different countries or cities, so it is hard to organize an activity with all of them in one site. An online innovation platform helps. To solve the problem that a workshop of 1-2 days is too short sometimes, to allow innovators to build good ideas. An platform allows them to continue to think and fine-tune their ideas on it. To solve the problem to collect ideas and receive comments globally by everyone in the company, not from certain teams.
