From simple contact information to payroll and tax information to documentation, Humi captures it all. **What do you dislike about Humi by Employment Hero?** While Humi contains the vast majority of tools to have an effective HRIS and management system from payroll to administration, from documents to employee reviews; it does not have time-tracking software. Therefore it becomes more complex if the employee works for an hourly wage. **What problems is Humi by Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary issue we experienced prior to Humi was bottlenecking in the administration tasks involved with recruiting. Manually tracking applicants, manually sending out emails, manually coordinating meetings, manually sending offers, manually onboarding, manually collecting and retaining confidential information. These are all processes that Humi automated. ### 3. Whenever I have encountered issues, I have been able to get the support I need from the Support Team. The software handles the needs of Canadian businesses very well. **What do you dislike about Humi by Employment Hero?** I do not use the Offer Letter generator in Humi as I find that the Hello Sign is not easy to use. I still use the e-signature component, but I do not put the details of offers in the Humi system. This does mean I can't template my offer letters as much as I would like to but I like the end result of my custom PDF better. Modifying the premium for employee benefits is cumbersome and I wish there was a "bulk adjustment" ability where I could change the premium for all benefits for a single employee in a single screen rather than having to go into each benefit individually. **What problems is Humi by Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not have a centralized spot for all HR documents and files, and employees did not have the ability to complete any self-serve HR changes. Humi has enabled me to create transparency around the roles within the organization and centralize our HR information. My favorite feature is the Payroll! Prior to Humi it took me a minimum of 4 hours to complete payroll for a staff of 15. Now I can do payroll in a matter of minutes for a staff of 21. ### 4. A little behind it is the ability to electronically assign documents, contracts etc. as it makes onboarding processes seamless and annual document signing for tracking purposes. **What do you dislike about Humi by Employment Hero?** I would prefer more functionality in the survey and performance evaluation function. The way the templates are built out currently is too timely to utilize. A fully editable journey page is one small thing I have been asking for for a while. Lastly, on top of an "active" and "terminated" status we need "leave of absence" status (which I believe is something you are working on.) **What problems is Humi by Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** To date our most recent discussions have been around payroll, surveys, and Leave of Absences. HUMI Staff have stated that these are items that there devs are currently working on upgrading and testing. Specifically the leave of absence function. We have a two-approval policy for all payments over a certain threshold, but right now, there is no way to satisfy this in Humi. Humi allows an easy system to approve and show vacations of our employees. Humi has made payroll much more efficient. I no longer have to worry about missed paystubs. I also like the way the paystubs are broken down in a graph - very modern! I like that Humi is self-served. If my address changes, I no longer have to notify someone, I can just do it right in Humi! Humi has also helped us to automate vacation bookings - it's tracked much more accurately in Humi than the spreadsheets we were previously using! **What do you dislike about Humi by Employment Hero?** We likely will never have a need to try to use Humi as an applicant tracking system. I heard they may be creating a feature like this. There is not anything I can think of that I dislike. Currently, Humi is being used for our payroll needs. It's automating a lot of our previous processes.. **What problems is Humi by Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched to Humi because deposits were not always on time. So far Humi has been very precise with payroll. There was a lot of manual processes such as tracking vacation that could have been done much more accurately too that Humi is tracking for us. This is a self-served tool so it is cutting down on admin time for everyone.
