It does a great job of quantifying the things that are difficult to quantify and gives us an in-depth look at a new hire candidate/employee's makeup, character traits, and how they see the world. It's been an eye-opener for our organization.

I don't have much to add here, but maybe Prevue Assessments could improve by offering a version of answers that can be sent to employees without including notes directed for leadership. I like the in-depth look it gives you when conducting hiring assessments. I feel I really get a good sense of who the person is and what motivates them. I find Prevue Assessments easy to use and set up. It's great for adding custom assessments, and it strikes the right balance of simplicity and powerful features. The cognitive test is particularly useful for determining their abilities to learn and solve problems. The assessments help us determine the type of people we're trying to hire, their level of seniority and experience, and if they fit well into our culture. I find it a bit tricky that the color system used in Prevue Assessments to categorize applicants is not clear and requires remembering what each color represents. Also, I would like more flexibility in customizing various categories with the people . It would help if we could better categorize where and at what experience they have - e.g.. Cloud, Consulting , LOB, Experience, etc. This would make it easier to track and revisit candidates for future positions if they weren't hired initially but could be a good fit for a later role. Customer service is fantastic. They are not pushy about sales and very easily reachable. The assessments are very accurate and really show applicant's true strengths and weaknesses. All of the managers seem to think it's very easy to use as well. We have signed up for Prevue last year and we love the platform. Actually, I did it some research and found it through Software Advice. Our whole Team loves Prevue and it has been a great help to streamline our recruiting process. The quality of the new recruits has increased significantly. It is also highly customizable and integrates well with UKG. sit has been a great Onboarding experience. Our Account Executive, our Onboarding Manager, is absolutely fantastic! He is eager to help and replies to our numerous requests quickly.

There are many additional great features with Prevue; the ease of use, adaptability and it seems that the Prevue Team improves the software continuously. I like Prevue Assessments because it provides me with objective tools to evaluate candidates, which reduces the margins of error during the hiring and job performance process.
