I like how thorough the assessments and reports are. I also like that the way the questions are asked, it makes it difficult to "fake" your results. I am the administrator for our Prevue account with 40 users. Consistency is always the most difficult thing to achieve within a company and Prevue absolutely helps us achieve this for our recruitment process. I wish it had a little bit more flexibility with being able to personalize it to our company - example is for the employee referral program, I would like to have the incentive auto fill for anytime one of the hotels chooses to use the employee referral program but I am unable to do this.
