**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

I use the Human dashboard, interacting with MediaGuard every day. I like the sense of security it offers both me as a quality specialist as well as it offers our buyers. I really enjoy working with our account team. When I first started workign with WhiteOps, the security DNA was strong, but not the service aspect. Emails went unanswered, my contact wasn't helpful. But, in the last few years, the turnaround is remarkable, and I note it often internally at my company.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

The UI! It seems very web 2.0. For example, if I'm configuring a quick report in explore view, but forget to change the data source to MediaGuard, I lose all my selections as they reset. I would prefer it to be much more user friendly, able to adjust on the fly to user inputs so repeating inputs isn't required.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Blocks IVT traffic before it goes to auction, thus protecting buyers from invalid traffic. 2) Allows me to dive in and parse out inventory and sellers based on their history of IVT.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

The 24/7 dashboard and reporting tool are great for round the clock troubleshooting and monitoring. The 1x month touchbases with our account team and the montly report they provide is extremely valuable.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

I haven't personally experienced a downside in my time with this product/service

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MediaGuard monitors IVT and fraud across our DSP. We specialize in pharma advertising, which means high expecations, high budgets, etc. Having MediaGuard as an extra layer of fraud prevention is very reassuring and goes along way with our clients. Clients want to know their ad dollars are being spent efficiently, on quality supply that an actual human is seeing/interacting with. MediaGuard helps give us that confidence.

I really appreciate the level of insight given with this tool and considering clients constant demand for more fraud and brand safety soloutions, Mediaguard is an essential part of our overall approach to security.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

I think it'd be good to have some more pointed recomendations that we can follow based on the data thats provided to us.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a 3rd party check for fraudulent requests is valuable because clients are very sensitive about how their money is being spent and giving them the peace of mind that we reject any requests that has a high chance of being fraudulent helps instill confidence in our platform as a whole.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

Technology. The technology for us was a the top of the list when it came to evaluating vendors for filtering out fraud and SIVT.  When we started with HUMAN, they were still a younger company, but we felt a company that had its roots in combating fraud and bots and was the sole purpose of their business was the best for our clients in order to layer on protection.  As time has gone on, we have found that the customer service is incredible. The team we work with continues to impress us and delivers white glove service that makes using the product as easy as possible.  Ultimately, we feel protected and cared for by HUMAN.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

The service is expensive, however, it is expensive for a reason, it is the best in the business and we deem it necessary to protect our clients from fraud.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MediaGuard allows us to have protection, with the highest MRC certification, and allow us to share this with our clients so that they are aware they are being protected which is valuable. This also helps us in any cases where someone may believe they have found fraud, we are able to bring in the team at HUMAN to help us navigate this tricky situation.  However, we haven't had a single complaint in the last 4 years and for that we are very grateful.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

Allows us to get detailed reporting for any of our DSP partners or advertisers and provide clear insights into the fraud detection efforts we are implementing.
This keeps our supply chain clean and allows us to dispute any issues we encounter

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

Mostly just the gaps between fraudsensor and mediaguard that stem from where they do their scanning.  I frequently go into the UI and build a report without remembering to switch products and it just makes me duplicate efforts

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that our supply is fraud and IVT free is the primary, and being able to optimize, troubleshoot, and verify when a client flags some kind of issue.  The lack of a uniform scanning process across IVT vendors means we see various results but having out system run on HUMAN puts us in a strong position to confirm our supply is clean.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

The ability to see not only IVT broken by individual publishers, channels, domains, bundles, etc. The granularity capability of the reporting and the clarification on flagged reasons. The client service team behind the product is fantastic to work with and take any notes I may have and turn them into product features.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

I don't have any significant complaints; I would like to understand more about the guidlines or process behind determining what is considered invalid traffic and industry norms. Like why does every traffic validation service report differently.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MediaGuard is helping us identify issues we find in traffic, like CTV and App, that tend to be the most problematic. They have done extensive investigations and sting operations that we have helped in, to eliminate and identify these culprits and methods of fraud

We want deprecated app list, but I believe they will have this function soon

The downside of using MediaGuardare the reports that aren't very understandable at all times

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

MediaGuard protects our clients from adfraud giving us peace of mind on our SSP and for our O&O inventory. Through sampling, we can stay ahead of the latest fraud attacks and monitor certain thresholds at the same time.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

MediaGuard can sometimes have a "false positive."  This typically happens when there is a new supply format introduced or a publisher is not following the appropriate IAB programmatic guidelines.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

Once we saw how sophisticated the product was with such little upfront and upkeep work needed, it was a perfect path for us. The Human team has been not only been super responsive with every question, comment, and concern of ours, but has also been a joy to work with along the way. The protection Human will provide for you and your partners is imperative and should be the industry standard. You'll be getting an amazing product and an amazing team behind it.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

Honestly, that's very tough to answer. It is a financial commitment that can be a little daunting at first, but the technology it comes with is premium.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients no longer run the risk of serving creatives across non-humans since we've implemented Human and are only considering inventory eligible after Human has confirmed the impression's user is truly a, well human. Additionally, our publisher team can use the reporting features to help monitor how publishers are doing with SIVT rates - allowing us to move faster on handling any bad actors.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

The best part about HUMAN is the accessibility of the team and the willingness to deep dive issues and get granular. In my experience the HUMAN team will take things right to the limit of what is safe to share without crossing too far into sensitive or proprietary information.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

There is not much to dislike. Occasionally the dashboard is a little glitchy once in a while but that's about all. I don't really have issues and even the glitches I am referring to are only occasional.

**Recommendations to others considering MediaGuard:**

Make sure that you do your due diligence so that you have a clear understanding of HUMAN's leading qualities.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of broad network wide and specific supply source protection against invalid traffic / ad fraud. We have sustained a very low level of invalid traffic with HUMAN's support, and HUMAN has become an integral part of our supply quality initiatives. HUMAN is one of our main partners and has helped us to sustain a leadership role when it comes to ensureing an accountable, addressible, and aligned supply chain.

360 fraud prevention support from HUMAN - not only as a Dashboard for tracking but also a supportive team assisting in traffic quality topics and user experience.

The documentation is clear and available while using the tool.

Ocasionally there are also webinars taking place to learn more about the industry and be able explore even more functionalities of HUMAN.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

Some dashboard functionalities are not intuitive, but you get quickly navigated by your account manager or helpdesk documentation in case of any doubts.

We are eliminating invalid traffic from our platform.

The HUMAN service is table stakes and protects advertisers and publishers alike. What I like best is that in all my interactions, the company has always prioritized what is best for their customer over short-term profits.

Ocasionally data in the dashboard is delayed, but not so much or so often that it disrupts business.

They are extremely responsive when questions or concerns arise and make an effort to regularly engage us as a customer to provide updates on performance, improvements, and keep us informed about what is in the product pipeline.  They regularly solicit feedback about our experiences using their service and how they can improve the service offering to better meet our needs.

The dashboard reporting could use some additional functionality to help us better analyze publisher and domain performance.

In the quest to combat fraud, Human Security can sometimes provide inflexible technology & services and an "all or nothing" approach to selling.

**What do you like best about MediaGuard?**

HUMAN deep knowledge of how bots work and the way the detect this is smart.

**What do you dislike about MediaGuard?**

There's a lot of other ad fraud thats occurring that are not bots that HUMAN needs work on.

**What problems is MediaGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pre-bid filtering is the key for sure. I think that says everything, it keeps the bad actors off the platform.
