"Next-Level HubSpot AEO Beta Tech & Exceptional Strategic & Implementation support"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

At Springtide Strategy, I've been working with Blake Riddington on HubSpot for one of our larger clients in the travel industry, and he's been an absolute legend to work with to say the least.

Our key project together has been an AEO strategy, monitoring & implementation. Blake brought high-level strategic thinking, and he genuinely took the time understand our business and the client's industry. Combined with his hands-on HubSpot know-how, that helped us roll out a strong direction for the business. At a time when the marketing landscape is changing fast he's the lightning before the thunder - well ahead of the curve.

The technology Hubspot has put together itself in this space is next level. Highly impressed & the best rollout i've seen from them - particularly as it's still in Beta! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

It's sometimes hard to figure out which prompts to track for, but I think that's more a challenge on the client side as opposed to the tech from Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot AEO — Easy Built‑In AEO Management & Clear Reporting; Visibility Jumped from 2.5% to 30%!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

HubSpot AEO is very easy to use and quickly delivers valuable results. It recommends to AEO prompts with recommendations on how to create content to address the prompts. HubSpot's built-in AI even creates the content. The AI generated content is excellent! We have a blog app in Shopify so we create blog posts there but if you are using HubSpot's content hub, you can automatically create content from the AI generated content.

Onboarding isn't even required as it's so easy to use.

Within 2 months of using HubSpot AEO, we climbed from 2.5% visibility to over 30% visibility in AEO engines. The reporting is very clear and valuable and shows how we are positioned against competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

On our current plant, we're limited to only 25 prompts to track unless we purchase more. I understand, HubSpot is a business. We will probably purchase more prompts because it's adding value now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot AEO: A Valuable Time-Saver for Search-Focused Content"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

What I like best about HubSpot AEO is how quickly it helps turn an idea into a well-structured, search-focused blog post. As someone who creates content alongside a busy sales role, it saves a significant amount of time compared to starting from a blank page.

The AI-generated recommendations provide a strong foundation, particularly for creating content that answers the types of questions potential customers are asking through search and AI-powered tools. I've found the suggested structure, headings and topic coverage useful for ensuring key points aren't missed.

From a user experience perspective, it's straightforward and intuitive to use within the HubSpot platform, so there is very little learning curve. Having everything integrated into the same system where we manage our website and marketing content also improves workflow and removes the need to jump between multiple tools.

An unexpected benefit has been using it to generate new content ideas and identify angles I may not have considered. While I still review and refine the content to ensure it reflects our expertise and tone of voice, the time savings and improved efficiency provide a clear return on investment. Overall, it's become a valuable tool for creating relevant, search-friendly content more consistently and with less effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

One area that could be improved is the level of customisation in the AI-generated content. While the recommendations and drafts provide a useful starting point, they can sometimes feel a little generic and still require editing to better reflect our industry expertise, brand voice and specific audience.

I'd also like more transparency around why certain AEO recommendations are made and how they are expected to improve performance. Additional insights into the reasoning behind suggestions would help users make more informed decisions when optimising content.

Finally, while the tool saves time overall, the quality of the output can vary depending on the topic, so human review is still essential before publishing. That said, these are relatively minor issues, and the efficiency gains generally outweigh the extra refinement required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Baseline AEO Insights; Integrations and Recommendations Need Refinement"
3.5/5
Describe the project or task HubSpot AEO helped with:

The service task involves translating various fields of text from their detected source language into multiple target locales while preserving the original meaning, tone, and any HTML structure. The task requires careful attention to linguistic nuances and cultural context to ensure accurate and meaningful translations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

I find the fairly quick responsiveness quite helpful. The dashboard keeps me coming back because new content can be reflected in new citations and, as a result, in the AEO dashboard on a daily basis. That steady stream of updates is what brings me back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic for Sales - Fast, Easy and tailored Content Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

I'm in sales and spend a lot of time on the move, so writing LinkedIn content tends to get pushed down the list. A full blog would normally be out of the question, but this tool has made it realistic for me.

The biggest benefit has been how much time the AI / Intelligence features save me. I've been able to create blogs and posts, get more active on LinkedIn again and contribute towards my performance KPIs without it becoming another big job.

The UI / UX is very friendly and easy to get around, and I've had a good experience with the overall performance of the platform. I also really like the integration with Ceedre, as it fits well with the other tools we're using.

There's a wider benefit too. The content I'm producing supports our marketing activity and helps us work towards greater visibility in AI searches, rather than the content only having value on LinkedIn. That's particularly useful as AI visibility becomes another area we're actively looking at.

I've started showing other people in the team how I use it and helping with their onboarding, which has been pretty easy because the system itself is straightforward.

Overall, I think the pricing / ROI stacks up really well. It's saving me time, helping me create content I otherwise wouldn't produce, and providing value across both sales and marketing. For me, that's a fantastic ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

I think it would be good to see Claude integrated, also the 25 prompt cap, and the 1000credit cost only allows us to post 3 blogs as we are capped at 3000 per month, that one per sales person per month, id like to see more flexibility, maybe a lite version that doesn't cost as much per blog. "HubSpot AEO Makes AI Visibility Tracking and Content Ideas Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

HubSpot AEO has really enabled us to actively track how we're being represented on AI platforms. Previously this has only been included in reports from our marketing agencies, but this allows me as an in-house marketer to keep a much closer eye on our performance.

We're also really enjoying the recommendations it brings to us, especially the blog post topics. Being able to generate blogs from the tool's insights is very useful, especially for employee generated content. We can assign topics to our sales team, prompting them to share the content on LinkedIn. This can often be an uphill battle, but this tool really removes the friction.

The tool itself is very easy to use, with its clean and simple UI. It follows HubSpot's typical UX, so we immediately felt right at home.

We were introduced to the tool via onboarding to the Marketing Hub with our HubSpot partner, and haven't stopped using it since.

I think it's a great deal as it's included in our Marketing Hub plan at no extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

Honestly I would like to use it more extensively, so the 25 prompt cap on our plan is quite limiting. We can switch prompts as much as we like, but I would prefer to monitor them for a longer period. I would also like the option to include additional brands, as right now that seems to be limited to one. It would also be great to see more AI platforms integrated such as Claude. "Highly Relevant Blogs, Though Training Takes Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

I really like how relevant the blog articles are and how they help me stay on target with what I should be writing about. The articles are well constructed, a good length, and need very little editing. I love that HubSpot AEO links to relevant pages on the website that support the blog, and I like being able to track performance. I find it a very useful tool, and I found the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

I haven’t done all the proper training, so there’s a lot in HubSpot AEO that I’m probably not making use of or fully understand; that may be more my fault than the tool’s. It’s a very comprehensive tool that does need some training, and I’d like it to be a little simpler, though I wouldn’t want too many features cut. I had to show my team how to use it because they probably wouldn’t have found it or done it themselves. I want it to remain free and don’t want to be charged a lot extra. "Useful Recommendations and Clear Metrics to Boost Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

What I love the most are the recommendations. I can also create blogs and posts from them. I value the reports and metrics because they give me an idea of how well we are in the market. I use the impact section to measure if a blog or post created from a recommendation is reaching the desired audience. I found it very easy to understand how it works: I took the course and followed the steps to learn. So far, I feel it works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

I don't quite understand how to use the credits and sometimes rely on other AI tools to create graphic designs. I also wonder how HubSpot AEO will work when we are no longer in the beta program, although it works very well so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Insightful HubSpot AEO for Discovering Content Opportunities and Driving Organic Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

What I like best about HubSpot AEO is how easy it makes understanding what our audience is actually searching for and asking AI tools. The platform has a clean, user-friendly interface, integrates naturally with the rest of HubSpot, and provides practical recommendations we can act on right away. The AI insights help us uncover content opportunities, improve visibility, and get more value from the content we're already creating. Combined with helpful onboarding and responsive support, it's become a valuable tool for driving organic growth and staying ahead of how people search for information today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

While HubSpot AEO is easy to use and provides helpful insights, some of the AI recommendations can feel a bit general and still require human review. I'd also like to see more advanced reporting and competitive benchmarking to better measure the direct impact of AEO efforts. The platform shows a lot of promise, but as answer engine optimization continues to evolve, there is still room for deeper analytics, stronger integrations, and more actionable AI recommendations. "HubSpot AEO: Streamlined Content Creation for Solopreneurs"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot AEO?

I really like how easy HubSpot AEO is to use. Even before taking the training, I was able to figure it out and get a few prompts and posts generated. After going through the HubSpot training, I was able to refine my approach even more. It's especially convenient because, as a solo consultant, I can quickly create content that AI bots will pick up on and improve my rankings without dedicating much time or resources. The content generation process takes just fifteen minutes of my week. I also appreciate the metrics provided by HubSpot AEO after content generation, as they help me know where to better spend my time going forward. These metrics are crucial in focusing my efforts on creating high-impact content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot AEO?

Sometimes it appears that credits get used up faster than expected. I've had the bot sometimes create the same piece of content twice, so it double uses credits. Other than that, I've been really happy with my experience. I think maybe some more guidance on how to best write prompts would be useful. I struggle with that a bit. There is some guidance, but it still doesn't seem like I'm getting exactly the prompts that I want, so I'm still refining that piece. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
