**What do you like best about HRstop?**

I started using HRStop in my new jpb where company have employed HRStop for HRMS. it have all sort of functionality which are required for HR function. As an manager i can see my and my underlined team members records like available leaves, leaves history, leave request, their age in company, profile. It have single source of truth where i can find whole hierarchy of company. Attendance record, Expense, Compensation, Assets, Timesheet, Training, engagement activities, Appraisals. Policies , Calendar etcetras are very good features

**What do you dislike about HRstop?**

The software is SaaS based application but sometime it hangs over internet. Its mobile application is not user friendly which need to be improved.

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRStop is panacea for all HR related functions. It helped me to have all information at single place without asking to someone for the required information. I am able to plan team tasks effectively by knowing their leaves in advance and it streamlined the daily reporting as time sheet. I like its reporting mechanism also where i can submit feedback for my staff. It bring lots of transparency at organisational and team level. It positively contributed to increase productivity at gross level.

**What do you like best about HRstop?**

This HR management software offers several benefits in which what I like most about it is its user-friendly interface. It's interface makes it easy for both employees and administrators to navigate. The system streamlines various HR tasks, as like if we talk about  attendance tracking or leave management, these all HR processes are efficient and error-free. 
HRstop provides reports and analytics that are so insightful. Such things helps in decisions making which are data driven. aiding in data-driven decision-making.

**What do you dislike about HRstop?**

I think the pricing structure could be more transparent because it is little challenging to determine the exact costs based on the specific needs. Other than these minor drawbacks, HRstop remains a valuable HR management tool definitely for so many businesses. So yaa it's good I can say.

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main primary advantages of this is streamlining HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records. In my opinion such things are reducing manual errors and saving our time. On basis of workforce data, it provides insightful reports and analytics such that we can make informed decisions. 
 Due to these solutions,we can see improved overall operations, better workforce management that makes more successful businesses.

HRStop provides the essential features related to HR work, which an employee can access from one single portal

Encountered a couple of issues with the interface which were resolved after quite a while

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR team used to compile and send the salary slips manually; a portal from which employees could access their salary slips was required, which can be integrated with the payroll system. With the help of HRStop, an employee can not only access the latest salary slip but also the older slips

I like that it's a one stop shop for start ups but can also grow as your company grows. Very good managing tool for start ups.

**What do you dislike about HRstop?**

There is ALOT of information in the program and if your not used to seeing everything at once like all the tabs you can use it can be over whelming at first.

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say time management for sure is the biggest: you dont have to log into several programs at once you just need this one.

HRstop is a great tool for managing personel, hiring, pipeline management, beneifts, and mass communication and payroll.

**What do you dislike about HRstop?**

Some of the payroll features were a little condusing at first.  Consequent updates have fixed a lot of the issues.

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRstop was a great alternative to other payroll and hiring platforms.  The program helps us integrate benefits and payroll seamlessly.

**What do you like best about HRstop?**

It shows the upcoming birthdays, weekends, and holidays in advance. You can punch in and Punch-out at your desired time depending on working hours and if you forgot then you can request the punch-in or punch-out to your reporting manager.

**What do you dislike about HRstop?**

As far as I am familiar with this software or web-based software, I don't have any dislikes with this technology. But it can be improved by adding the feature of auto-refresh for all its pages.

**What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see my company profile, My status in the company, My designation, and my reporting manager all in one place. No need to go to other places for attendance and holidays too.

One thing I didn't like was their phone app asking for location while punching attendance.

A great solution for all HR/Payroll requirement, Provide one-stop solution for most Hr Complex Work, which saves lot of time

Maybe better customer support I would expect and a better way to use in the mobile app.
