The site is pretty easy to use. They do not bother me a lot (thank you). We do not do a lot of hiring so the pay as you go is a huge bonus for us. They charge by candidate/test and if you "bundle " the test together, there is only one charge. The browser back button DOES NOT WORK! you get "Confirm Form Resubmission" every time you use it. I was told that it is for security to which my response is how come this is the only site that I use that does this. I have a 5-button mouse so the back button is just a click with my thumb.
