**What do you like best about Hotel Report?**

Hotel Report has been instrumental in helping us compare and analyze various products and trends across the hospitality industry. Their intel has allowed us to make better decisions and improve our operations.

**What do you dislike about Hotel Report?**

Minor feedback, but the system sometimes crashes and can be slow to load. This hasn't had a sizable impact on us yet, but I'm hopeful they can keep improving it. I also think the graphics could be improved, but that's minor.

**What problems is Hotel Report solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hotel Report has been a fantastic find for all kinds of industry insight. It's helped us make key decisions and optimize spaces we previously struggled with. I like that you can compare many different metrics in unexpected categories against each other.

The best thing about it is the ease with which it organizes the information.

Everything makes your life easier when making your hotel reports super recommended.

So far I have not seen anything wrong with the tool.
