## About Hotel Link Solutions Channel Manager
The channel manager is a shared database where all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and online channels pull from a pooled database of allotment. When a property has 10 rooms available for example, all 10 of these rooms would be input into the channel manager. All of the channels with which the property connects can then pull allotment from this pooled database. This means that all channels have access to the same 10 rooms, and the rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Using Hotel Link Channel Manager, the hoteliers can obtain main benefits including: - Saving time and reducing errors on manual updates of rate and availability - Managing rates easily and avoiding the rate disparity among the distribution channels - Centrally managing all booking details retrieved from OTAs - Having more visibility thanks to getting listed on all the important OTA channels
