It is my preferred method for booking a medical professional. The interface is simple, and well thought out. **What do you dislike about HotDoc?** Sometimes it will glitch on the bookings page. But a quick close and reopen fixes that. **What problems is HotDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Booking time with my doctor. Being able to log in and see available times makes my life easier than calling and waiting on hold. Then to do the dance to see if they are free at a convenient time to me. ### 2. Frequently, I encounter the need to schedule an appointment for the retrieval of my blood test outcomes solely upon recollection, potentially at the late hour of 9 PM on a Sunday. Although the clinic will be closed, it is still possible to schedule an appointment through HotDoc. It allows for increased availability of my time. The utilization of HotDoc by patients may potentially reduce the volume of calls received by the receptionist at the medical facility, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. I appreciate the functionality of HotDoc in providing appointment reminders. **What do you dislike about HotDoc?** Occasionally, there may be a lack of synchronization between the availability timings displayed on the application and those of the clinic. Also, sometimes it's hard to get the timing as per my requirements. **What problems is HotDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever I need to book a doctor's appointment, it works well with my schedule and allows me to make adjustments as necessary, whether it's midnight, during working hours, or after working hours. ### 5. The app is not only specific to a GP, it can be used to find any care provider, gives a very clear view about their availability. **What do you dislike about HotDoc?** Sometimes the availability timings on the application are not synchronised with the clinic; which requires to give a call to the GP or the health provider. For example, the health care provider is taking new patients yet the application isn't providing that information. **What problems is HotDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personal use only - me and my wife are able to get the appointment from our health care provider with a click on the application. It saves us the call and call waiting. ### 6. You can see all availabilities really easy and make it line up to what works best for me. **What do you dislike about HotDoc?** Maybe when it was incredibly busy for people to book in for covid vaccines - it was really hard to get an appointment. But since that it's been super easy. **What problems is HotDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needing to schedule doctors appointments - it benefits me as it slots in easily into my life and allows me to reschedule and change as needed. ### 7.
