It saves us time to focus on the important part: engaging the candidates and ensuring they're the right culture fit.

I have discovered that IQRecruit is an exceptionally intuitive platform. As a result, it has significantly reduced the time I spend on sourcing. Moreover, the platform provides a much-needed boost when I need to fill a position quickly and don't have much time to spend on sourcing. On my searches, it was close to the right candidate fit; I wonder, through a couple more filers, if it could have landed spot on. I think on my next search I will be able to provide better criteria.
