When we suggest something that would help the majority of users, the team makes changes that genuinely improve the product. It also feels very up to date. The AI support helps us a lot and makes our matching work so much easier. **What do you dislike about HoneyBee?** I don’t dislike anything about HoneyBee. If anything, I just wish I had more hours in the day to take full advantage of all the amazing marketing features and to spend the time learning how to use everything. Whenever I have a question about the platform, it gets answered right away. **What problems is HoneyBee solving and how is that benefiting you?** HoneyBee is making my job as a matchmaker much easier. When we started our business we didn't employ another service as there was lack of value (outdated). The cost is reasonable and I always refer colleagues to schedule a demo. Customer service answers fast and we use the service frequently. The features include AI, building websites, receiving payment, automation, marketing, plus so much more! **What do you dislike about HoneyBee?** There's nothing that sticks out as HoneyBee is alway evolving. **What problems is HoneyBee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before HoneyBee I always had a hard time taking notes in general. Now all screenings are captured by audio with an AI summary and we love it! ### 3.
