**What do you like best about Hone?**

The breakouts are really helpful for practicing new skills learned in class. I also like that people come from all different kinds of companies and hold a wide range of positions. That variety gives you valuable experience before you have to roll things out to your own teams.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Sometimes the breakout sessions aren’t as effective if someone in the group doesn’t really want to participate.

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

This service has helped our teams grow without having to pay for formal education. It has given real life practical experience and tips so that our organization can continue moving forward.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping me navigate change management, both in the lead-up to change and while guiding the teams entrusted to my care.
