I like that it is an easy to deploy tool, its functions allow you to perform interactions with customers efficiently, it allows you to perform marketing campaigns efficiently and without having to acquire new services, what I mean by this is that it can be integrated with other marketing tools that already work in the company, this allows organizations to improve their operations of interaction with customers, and online marketing campaigns with a recommended effectiveness.

I like really like how Homey connects people, applications, and devices through a unified and integrated platform  experience. I like how all of the information can be stored in a web-based cloud solution. Homey’s CRM experience is similar to that of Salesforce, for an end-to-end solution. It's fairly streamlined to keep projects organized on Homey.

**What do you dislike about Homey CRM?**

One downside to using Homey is that it's still in early developmental phases. Homey is still working through alot off app bugs, and customer service support is limited through email only right now, which can be a little frustrating. Homey is also not yet compatible with other iOSes.

Homey is an all-in-one CRM that helps to make project management, project planning and employee administration easier for the agency across construction client workstreams. Homey helps to make project implementation easier by storing all relevant project information in one CRM. I'm really enjoying the custom solutions that Homey brings.

It is the best CRM SAAS provider.It manage our sales, projects, marketing and back office activities. It is best for automated projects. It is mainly used for construction companies to do small scale to large scale companies. Very good CRM provider. Relationship between customer and provider is really good.

Nothing. there is nothing I dislike about the product. But no mobile application is just one thing.

Did a trial and demo with Homey and over my time I found it very helpful connecting my team as we all work remotely.  It helped us organize our back office nicely.  And I loved that it is cloud based.  Their customer support was also great.

Lots of CRM in the market but this new age cloud based CRM - Homey takes the spotlight for me. The ability to connect homeowners with builder is very amazing. Makes work so much easier. In return you get implementation of quality projects.

Not much to mention here, the early set up was a bit tedious and an application on mobile would be a great idea to boost the already good reputation.

This is the only specizlied CRM in the market catering to homeowners where they can get things done easily by connecting with people like builders etc. who in turn can ensure delivery of quality projects. Their core competency is a great and helpful idea.

Lack of a mobile app might be somewhere it lags behind. A dedictaed customer service should be setup who work on tickets raised with priority. I would however give them benefit of the doubt and some time in fixing the existing issues or bugs with their software updates.

It's really good crm , just like it's name crm . It manage customer relation with others. It really helpful for builders , contractors and  manage connection with other workers.

Big issue is that mobile app, Homey CRM don't have a mobile app , it's difficult to manage on laptop everytime and everyplace.

In this era, having mobility is something which is a basic requirement. Homey lack in this aspect as they do not have a app to freely access the CRM and the initial setup is quite complex

**What do you like best about Homey CRM?**

I like how easy it is to navigate. Some CRMs can be ugly to look at our difficult-to-find certain tools, however I find Homey to be fairly clean and easy to use when it comes to the overall navigation and functionality of the site. It is also fairly quick at loading bulk information compared to other CRMs i've used such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. I also like the customization aspect of it - you can totally redo the dashboards and available buttons on the side if you don't like the default set up. You can also change the color schemes and really make it your own CRM.

**What do you dislike about Homey CRM?**

Nothing specific. Sometimes I wish it had certain features, especially the ability to design filters, but I have yet to find a CRM that allows you to do so the way I envision it. It is also fairly expensive for a CRM - it is the most expensive one I have seen but I would say it is worth it if it is in the  budget at your company. If you get a cheaper CRM, you'll be missing some of the more importatnt features that Homey has.

**Recommendations to others considering Homey CRM:**

I would check the price of it and see if it is okay for you and your organization. I wish we would've done that first, but i didnt have a say.

I am pulling lists based on criteria and storing bulk data on our customers so we can go back and pull customer info (leads) when needed based on the criteria we set.
