They are just a lot better at handling the customers than all the other options. They are also very stable and have easy to use services. The totality is that it was quite simple to get started with Hologram, and that we have a great deal of faith in them. There are some contractual things that could be more in our favour, the largest uncertainty is future prices and SGP.32 platforms. Hologram’s reliability is a game-changer—no more lag or disconnections, unlike my previous provider. My customers stopped complaining the moment I switched! But what truly stands out is their exceptional technical support. Not only do they offer assistance in Spanish (a huge plus for me), but they even gave me pro tips for optimizing my API integration—like how to use SIM geolocation data by connecting to the nearest cell tower and where to access APIs with tower listings. Their documentation and team made it effortless to build custom solutions for my clients, including a reseller portal. It’s rare to find a provider this powerful and supportive. While their API is robust enough to let me create my own client dashboard, an official white-label solution (with billing and user management) would save time for businesses scaling IoT services. Hologram has improved its service over the 4 years I have worked with them. They have improved their portal to give the user better information on the devices in the field and the data consumption of each. They have improved the set up of new devices to speed up deployment. I am very happy I chose to partner with Hologram to deliver data from our on farm devices. They have proved dependable over the past 4 years and I am happy to continue to grow our business knowing Holgram will be the default IOT provider for our company. Hologram is best used for IoT devices with low data consumption usage. One thing that I really like is their remote connection called spacebridge which greatly helped us easily manage our hardware by remotely connecting to it with the help of spacebridge. IMHO, what I don't like much is the latency which would also affect our system behavior due to the fact that our system relies on a fast response transfer of data. Long Shipping times can be a bit slow - This has been amended Sometimes their support to order more SIM cards is a bit slow, especially if you're ordering a lot.
