The only downside is the lack of a built-in reseller platform. While their API is robust enough to let me create my own client dashboard, an official white-label solution (with billing and user management) would save time for businesses scaling IoT services. Hologram has improved its service over the 4 years I have worked with them. They have improved their portal to give the user better information on the devices in the field and the data consumption of each. They have improved the set up of new devices to speed up deployment. Hologram is best used for IoT devices with low data consumption usage. One thing that I really like is their remote connection called spacebridge which greatly helped us easily manage our hardware by remotely connecting to it with the help of spacebridge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IMHO, what I don't like much is the latency which would also affect our system behavior due to the fact that our system relies on a fast response transfer of data. We've been successfully using Hologram SIM cards for our IoT device connectivity for several years. They are easy to provision and ordering of SIMs in bulk is convinient.
