They are just a lot better at handling the customers than all the other options. They are also very stable and have easy to use services. The totality is that it was quite simple to get started with Hologram, and that we have a great deal of faith in them. There are some contractual things that could be more in our favour, the largest uncertainty is future prices and SGP.32 platforms. Hologram has improved its service over the 4 years I have worked with them. They have improved their portal to give the user better information on the devices in the field and the data consumption of each. They have improved the set up of new devices to speed up deployment. I am very happy I chose to partner with Hologram to deliver data from our on farm devices. They have proved dependable over the past 4 years and I am happy to continue to grow our business knowing Holgram will be the default IOT provider for our company. Hologram is best used for IoT devices with low data consumption usage. One thing that I really like is their remote connection called spacebridge which greatly helped us easily manage our hardware by remotely connecting to it with the help of spacebridge. IMHO, what I don't like much is the latency which would also affect our system behavior due to the fact that our system relies on a fast response transfer of data.
