It has made my life much frustrating. Its interface needs to be user friendly and intuitive. Creating and managing invoices monitoring expenses and accepting payments have become more hectic with this tool. **What do you dislike about Hiveage?** The automation features are needed to save me time and energy. It is not allowing me to focus on growing my business. Their support is not prompt and less helpful. In terms of improvements I would say that having customization options would be better in tailoring the platform to business needs. **What problems is Hiveage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Advanced reporting and analytics tools needs provide insights for analysis purposes. The customer support is generally good there have been delays in response time, to queries, which is frustrating when trying to resolve issues. Expanding integration capabilities would make it easier to connect with business systems. ### 2. Very user friendly. It is easy to see exactly where a job is in the process of getting paid. **What do you dislike about Hiveage?** I dislike that sometimes, it’s easy to mess around and delete a whole invoice on accident while in progress. **What problems is Hiveage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m solving the need to be able to invoice multiple clients who order similar products frequently without having to input those items fresh every time. Very easy to use, getting an invoice out is quick and simple...meaning you get paid sooner. Plenty of payment integrations available and I've used several with no complaints. I started using Hiveage before it was hiveage, and used it for about 5 years, and for my small freelance business it was perfect. I really liked the timetracker as well so I could track my hours spent on each project. Recurring invoicing was convenient as well. It was really easy to find things, and the user interface is great. Phone app is available as well for managing on the go. **What do you dislike about Hiveage?** Accounting features are limited, so I recently switched over to something a bit more robust. I also liked it better when they had pricing based on modules you did or didn't want to use, but it's still affordable even with the current pricing structure. Reports were a bit lacking as well, I felt that it really needed reporting capability. **Recommendations to others considering Hiveage:** Hiveage is a good starter invoicing system that offers time tracking, quoting, and expense tracking. **What problems is Hiveage solving and how is that benefiting you?** For a small business needing simple, easy-to-use invoicing, there's a lot to be liked about Hiveage. For a freelance bussines, I liked that Hiveage was very quick and easy to get set up and going. ### 7. I really like the estimate and invoicing features. HIveage is easy to use from the outset. **What do you dislike about Hiveage?** WIsh there was a way to toggle dashboard view over longer duration (ie: to review invoices going back a longer period of time) **Recommendations to others considering Hiveage:** Hiveage (used to be called Curdbee) seem to strive to continually update and add new features to the product. **What problems is Hiveage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hiveage is a slick way to invoice simply but also the features to duplicate invoices, send acknowledgements to clients and indeed even add detailed info on payments are amongst the features I love most about this product. ### 10.
