**What do you like best about Hirin?**

The AI video interviews have genuinely transformed our hiring process. Candidates appreciated being able to record their responses at their convenience, and the AI-driven scoring provided immediate feedback on communication, clarity, and competency. This eliminated the need to sit through long video recordings. As a result, screening became significantly faster, allowing us to make hiring decisions more quickly and with greater confidence.

**What do you dislike about Hirin?**

There was nothing particularly concerning that caught my attention. Overall, the platform functions as expected and provides a consistently smooth and reliable experience during use.

**What problems is Hirin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hirin solves the problem of repetitive, time-consuming recruitment tasks that slow recruiters down, such as resume screening, early-stage assessments, and coordination. Instead of replacing recruiters, it supports them by automating the heavy lifting and providing AI-driven insights that make evaluations faster and more objective. This allows recruiters to focus on what truly matters - building relationships, engaging candidates, making informed decisions, and partnering closely with hiring managers - while still maintaining full control over the hiring process.

**What do you like best about Hirin?**

Hirin really simplifies hiring. The AI does a great job of shortlisting candidates, saving us tons of time. I also love how easy it is to track everything in one place—resumes, interviews, feedback. It makes collaboration smooth and keeps the process moving fast.

**What do you dislike about Hirin?**

It took a little time to get used to all the features, and sometimes the AI suggestions aren't spot-on for very specific roles.

**What problems is Hirin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hirin takes the headache out of going through tons of resumes by using AI to instantly surface the best matches. It’s helped us cut down on time-to-hire and made the whole process more organized. We’re not chasing emails or juggling spreadsheets anymore—everything is in one place, and it just flows better. It’s also improved how quickly we respond to candidates, which has boosted their experience too.
