Onboarding was really quick and smooth. It took us around 30 minutes to set up the first vacancy, which was honestly impressive. We were able to create a custom hiring evaluation flow for the role and it had everything we needed. Screening questions, automated CV filters, CV shortlisting, interviews and reference checks. They also have take one-way interviews, home assignments and quizzes but we haven’t tried those yet.
What I liked most is the automated flow. Candidates automatically move forward based on our scores. With other tools I’ve used, I had to manually move every single candidate from one stage to another, which gets annoying fast.
As a small company that only hires a few times a year, the pricing model works perfectly for us. We only pay when we are actively hiring. When we’re not hiring, we don’t pay anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
